Pooja Banerjii surprised her fans as the actress revealed she is pregnant with her second child, three years after welcoming her daughter.
Pooja Banerjii is one of the most renowned names in the Television industry. She has been a part of multiple daily soaps like Kumkum Bhagya and Kasautii Zindagii Kay, winning the hearts of her fans. The diva, who is also an active figure on social media, often shares updates from her personal life with her fans. But Pooja recently left everyone surprised after she announced that she is expecting her second child with her husband, Sandeep Sejwal. For those unaware, the couple is already parents to a three-year-old baby girl, Sana Sejwal.
Pooja Banerjii recently took her Instagram handle and shared stunning pictures of her baby bump from her maternity photoshoot. For the shoot, she looked gorgeous in a silver-grey bodycon dress made of a soft, flowing fabric. It featured a high neckline with a halter-style cut that gave her a dreamy look. The actress kept her makeup subtle with well-defined eyebrows and soft eye makeup. Moreover, Pooja styled her hair in a sleek, half-up and half-down look that gave her a classy look.
TV stars like Shraddha Arya and Niti Taylor congratulated the actress and fans. Apart from the photoshoot, Pooja also sat down for an interview with Times Of India and expressed her feelings about welcoming her second child. She revealed that her baby is due in June, and the news overjoys her and her husband. In her words:
"My husband (Sandeep Sejwal) and I always wanted two kids, and when we got the news, we were overjoyed."
In the same conversation, Pooja recalled her first pregnancy and shared that she doesn't take stress and that her husband, Sandeep, is there to take care of her. Also, he has been a great support till now. The actress was last seen in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain in 2023 and has not taken up any roles since then. Sharing her work plans, she said:
"I got some offers but did not take them up once I got to know that I was expecting again. Now, I have no plans to get back to acting for at least a year. I want my kids to grow up a little, after which I will return to work."
Pooja Banerjii used to share every significant update from her first pregnancy and motherhood journey with Instagram. Her fans are well-versed with her daughter, Sana. The actress shared that her little one already understood that she has a sibling coming soon and has been excited for it. Sharing her reaction, Pooja mentioned:
"I want to spend time with my kids and experience this phase with them. Sana is a sweet child who understands that she will have a sibling, and sometimes she even takes care of me by asking if I need water or food. So I am in a great space currently and spending this time meditating, swimming and doing things I like. During my first pregnancy, I was working till I was due, but this time, I decided to take it easy."
