Unfortunately, however, there are often times that married people do carry away and conduct themselves differently in a manner that breaks their marital life. Well, extra-marital affairs not only hamper one’s relationship but also immediately break the couple's trust and love. Well then, take a look at these Tollywood actors who cheated on their wives with extra-marital affairs.
Nagarjuna married his second wife and actress, Amala on June 11, 1992. The couple was blessed with their son, Akhil, two years later in 1994. However, there was once a time when the dashing actor cheated on his wedded wife and was involved in an extra-marital relationship with Bollywood actress, Tabu.
Reportedly, the duo’s affair lasted for ten years, but in secret. As they always referred to each other as best of friends in public. Interestingly, when Nagarjuna clarified that he did not want to separate himself from his wife, Tabu distanced herself and walked away from their relationship.

One of the most popular choreographers of all time, Prabhudeva needs no introduction. In his personal life, the terrific dancer was married to his first wife, Latha, from 1995 to 2011. However, their divorce after such a long life of togetherness was primarily because of Prabhu’s controversial extra-marital affair with actress Nayanthara, who was a fellow choreographer back then. This relationship continued to the extent that Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara started to live together while the former left his wife and two children back home.
However, when Prabhu’s wife, Latha, learnt about it, she immediately lodged a court case demanding her husband be reunited with her. Moreover, she threatened the couple with a hunger strike if their extra-marital relationship did not end. Such news led to massive protests against Nayanthara by many women’s organisations who blamed her for spoiling the traditional values and culture of Tamil women. Ultimately, while Latha divorced Prabhu in 2011, Nayanthara broke up with him too.
While Boney was not certainly an actor, his extra-marital relationship with Tollywood diva, Sridevi, while still being married to his wife, Mona Kapoor, is not unknown to any. Boney cheated on his first wife, Mona and eloped with Sridevi while leaving behind his children, Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor. Later, after his divorce, it was reported that Sridevi was already pregnant with their first child, Janhvi Kapoor, before even getting married. After that, they finally got married in a secret temple wedding.

Kamal Haasan's affair with the actress, Gautami Tadimalla, began when he was married to his wife, Sarika. By then, the dashing actor was also blessed with his two daughters, Shruti and Akshara. However, after Sarika learnt about her husband’s extra-marital affair, she divorced him, and Kamal left them all to be in a live-in relationship with Gautami.
Eminent director, K.S Ravi Kumar had been in a serious live-in relationship with popular actress, Ramya Krishnan while he was still married to his wife, Karpagam Ravikumar. As per reports, this extra-marital relationship occurred when Ramya worked for Ravi Kumar’s film, Padayappa. Soon enough, they also got involved physically, and it was speculated that Ramya was already pregnant with Ravi’s child.
This information angered Ravi’s wife, and she threatened the actress to back off. Thereafter, K.S. Ravi Kumar also decided to call off their relationship in the light of it creating a major scandal. Moreover, it was also reported that the director had paid a sum of Rs. 75 lakhs to the actress to abort the child to avoid any more scandal, and the couple broke up.
Tollywood superstar, Dhanush grabbed eyeballs even more when it was reported that he had cheated on his wife, Aishwarya Rajinikanth and had been involved in an extra-marital relationship with Kamal Haasan’s daughter and actress, Shruti Haasan. The duo had worked together in the film, 3, directed by none other than Aishwarya herself. Interestingly, Aishwarya and Shruti were best friends, and the former desperately wanted Shruti to be a part of her directorial debut. While no one ever confirmed or refuted such a piece of news, however, it created a lot of buzz.
