Amid reports about Kangana Ranaut leaving films for politics, the actress made a startling revelation post her Lok Sabha win.

Kangana Ranaut is enjoying some of the best moments of her career currently. The talented actress, who delivered some of the major blockbuster hits at the box office, is all set to start over to a new chapter in her career, as an elected parliamentarian. For the unversed, she got a sweeping win in the latest Lok Sabha elections 2024, for her candidature in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. While earlier, reports were rife that the actress might choose to quit acting and ride on full-flegedly into politics, a latest revelation made by the actress has garnered all attention to the very possibility of it happening in reality.

Kangana Ranaut has no plans of returning to Mumbai after Lok Sabha win?

Kangana Ranaut is riding high on success at the moment, after she got a clear cut win in the Lok Sabha elections. And now, in a recent media interaction, the actress was asked about her plans to return to the city of Mumbai. To this, she straightforwardly remarked how Himachal Pradesh is her janmbhoomi, where she will stay back and continue to serve her people. Adding how she is no mood to going anywhere at the moment, Kangana said:

“As far as my departure to Mumbai is concerned, this is my Janmbhoomi, and I will continue to serve people here. I have always said that I will work as a soldier in PM Narendra Modi’s goal of ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas’. So I am not going anywhere. Perhaps, someone else will have to pack their bags and leave. I am not going anywhere.”

Kangana gave a witty reply on being asked about her plans to quit films after win in politics

Earlier, in a conversation with Aaj Tak, Kangana Ranaut delved into the possibility of her quitting films if she would win her Lok Sabha seat. The diva mentioned how several filmmakers have requested her not to leave films, considering how much capable and talented she has been. Adding how she considers the idea to be quite lucrative, Kangana mentioned:

“Yes… mujhe bohot saare filmmakers kehte hain ki humare paas ek acchi heroine hai, please mat jao. Main acchi acting karti hoon, par chalo voh bhi ek accha compliment hai. I take it in my stride.”

Some time back, a video of Kangana Ranaut from her election campaign got massively viral, wherein the diva could be seen making a shocking statement. The actress compared herself with Amitabh Bachchan and remarked how after the latter, it is she who gets the same amount of respect and adulation from the audience.

Kangana Ranaut once made a goof up and tagged Subhash Chandra Bose as the first PM of India

Previously, while attending a discussion held by Times Now, Kangana Ranaut was seen making a startling remark by mentioning that Subhash Chandra Bose was the first PM of India. However, her mistake was shortly interjected by the interviewer who corrected her and mentioned that he wasn’t really the first Prime Minister. To this, Kangana tried to cover up the goof up and instead retorted why Subhash Chandra Bose didn’t become a PM. Her statements can be read as:
