Kalki 2898 AD has been dominating the box office ever since its release on June 27, 2024. The film has an impressive star cast featuring South superstar, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan in pivotal roles. The movie impressed all cinema fanatics, so much so that it grossed over Rs 191.5 crore on its opening day itself. And now, we have a report that reveals the film, Kalki's staggering fees for its stellar starcasts.
Prabhas has proved his acting mettle over and over again with blockbusters like the Bahubali series and more. Now, the superstar is back on the big screen with the futuristic mythological film, Kalki 2898 AD. As per multiple reports swirling on the internet, Prabhas has taken a fifty-percent paycut for the film but still took home the biggest paycheck for the movie that totals a staggering value of Rs. 80 crore. Prabhas previously charged Rs. 150 crore for Adipurush which was a box office disaster.

Deepika Padukone's performance in the film, has been hugely praised, and people are in awe of her acting as a to-be mother. The actress received a fat paycheck of Rs. 20 crore for this. Like her, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan received the same amount in remuneration. Though Kamal Haasan's role was not that elaborate in the film, reports suggest that the actor has a lot more screen time in the sequel.
A lot of people aren't aware that Disha Patani is also a part of Kalki 2898 AD. Although her role was small, she did complete justice to it, and the audience loved her performance. The diva has been paid a whopping amount of Rs. 12 crore.
