Pratyusha Banerjee's ex-boyfriend, Rahul Raj Singh, exclusively revealed why his late gf gave money to Kamya Panjabi.
Balika Vadhu fame, Pratyusha Banerjee's demise by suicide, had sent shockwaves to the entire nation. Best known for her role as Anandi in the serial, she was loved for her performance. It has been 9 years since the actress passed away, and now her ex-boyfriend, Rahul Raj Singh, made new shocking claims against the deceased's alleged friend, Kamya Panjabi. He has alleged that Kamya borrowed Rs 2.5 lakh from Pratyusha and never returned the same. In an exclusive interview, Rahul shared why the late actress had given money to Panjabi.
During an exclusive interview with BollywoodShaadis, Rahul shared that Pratyusha was a giver, and hence she had given the money of Rs. 2.5 lakh to Kamya, who has always claimed to be an actress's good friend. In the words of Rahul:
"Pratyusha waise thi bolke. Uska dil waisa tha. Aadmi dekhta hai kaun dega ,nai dega. Aap Mumbai mei kisi se paise mango koi nai dega paisa. Aap bolo daru pilane ke liye pila dega daaru. Lekin paisa mangoge koi nai dega. Waisi thi woh. Usko pata tha. Woh bachi kitna umar tha 21-22 umar tha jab unki dosti hui thi."
Going ahead in the interview, Rahul was asked if he had told Pratyusha to demand money from Kamya. The actor claimed that he had given Pratyusha money when she faced a financial issue. In Rahul's words:
"Maine pehle hi de dia tha usko paisa. Uskko 2-2.5 years pehle hi de dia tha paisa lekin jab uspe financial crunch aaya tab maine bola ussei maang lo paise. Tumhe zarorat hai. Yeh paise tumhare kaam aaenge. Usne ussei maanga lekin wapas nai kia."
Rahul shared that when he entered Pratyusha's life he stopped her from paying for Kamya Panjabi's parties. He shared that he and the deceased actress had been together for 10 months and that 1-2 months had gone by in friendship. Rahul added:
"7-8 months we were properly dating jaha we came to know about each other. I have stopped Pratyusha from going to their house parties. I stopped Pratyusha from giving bills for their parties, masti and their restaurant bills. Unke dimag mei pehle tha ki Pratyusha ek main lead actress thi. Kamya Panjabi kabhi koi main lead actress nai thi. Woh hamesha ek side role karti thi. Ek main lead bata doh jaha Kamya Panjabi ki hai. Kabhi bhi nai kara. Pratyusha hamesha se main lead karti thi."
Rahul shared that he shall work now and has come out of the dark phase. He revealed that he focuses on himself by dedicating time to fitness and his craft. Rahul said:
"Have left alcohol. I have started gymming, working on my fitness. This is the time when people should believe in me and give me work like they used to give me work. I will definitely prove them right."
