Preity Zinta served not one, but two dazzling looks at the French Riviera. She wore a Vivienna Lorikeet white bridal gown and Seema Gujral's ombre pink saree at Cannes 2024.
Preity Zinta flew to the sunkissed shores of the city of Cannes after 17 long years. The Indian actress made her debut on the prestigious red carpet back in 2006 when she attended the premieres of the films, The Wind That Shakes The Barley and Paris, Je T'aime. And now, Preity is in Cannes to present the Pierre Angenieux ExcelLens in Cinematography award to the renowned Indian cinematographer, Santosh Sivan.
Preity already appeared in two shimmery outfits at the 77th annual Cannes Film Festival. The first was a white dress featuring bow detailing, and the second was a saree from the shelves of the ace Indian designer, Seema Gujral. Upon researching, we found out the price of both outfits that Preity donned at the French Riviera.

Preity recently attended the screening of La Plus Precieuse Des Marchandises (The Most Precious Of Cargoes) in Cannes. She graced the event decked up in an ombre pink georgette saree adorned with delicate pearl, sequin and beadwork from Seema Gujral’s collection. The Indian actress paired her saree with a matching blouse and accessorised her look with earrings, a diamond bracelet and rings. She opted for glam makeup and left her tresses open. The saree is priced at Rs. 118,000.
For her first look, the Indian actress opted for a white dress from the brand, Vivienna Lorikeet. While Preity upheld her Indianness at the prestigious red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival, her accent came under immense criticism. During an interview with Brut, the actress was asked to share her experience of coming back to the French Riviera after such a long time. Preity expressed her happiness on being back at Cannes, saying, “It’s wonderful I am coming after a long time. I am very excited and happy to be here.” But her changed accent irked the netizens, and they started criticising the actress.
