A close source of Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas shared the gender of their first child and also shared that the couple embraced parenthood 12 weeks early.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas had got married on December 1, 2018, at a royal wedding ceremony at Umaid Bhawan. Since then they are living their best life in their dreamy Los Angeles home. The diva, Priyanka Chopra, and her husband, Nick Jonas, had embraced parenthood journey via surrogacy. Their fans were shocked by the sudden announcement of the much-in-love couple’s good news. However, they have not yet confirmed whether it's a baby boy or a baby girl.
The new mommy, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, had taken to her Instagram handle on January 22, 2022, and had announced the arrival of her firstborn. She had posted a picture message, which had revealed that they have welcomed their baby via surrogacy. The duo also had requested privacy to celebrate the time with their family.

The power couple, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas’ fans are already in the mood of celebration after the duo had announced their big news about beginning the journey of parenthood. In a report published in the US Weekly, clearing much of the speculations, it is suggested that the new parents have been blessed with a baby girl. According to the publication, it is also reported that Nick and Priyanka hope to have “at least two children” someday.
A source close to DailyMail.com informed that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ daughter was born 12 weeks ago at a Southern California hospital outside LA. The report further added that the baby girl will remain in the hospital till she is healthy enough to return home to Nick and Priyanka. The source also informed that the couple was expecting their baby in April, and the new mommy, Priyanka had even cleared her work schedule to embrace motherhood.

Soon after the couple announced the news of becoming parents, Bollywood celebs had showered the comment section of Priyanka’s post with congratulatory messages for the new parents like Huma Qureshi, Pooja Hegde, Esha Gupta, Lara Dutta, Neha Dhupia, and Tanishaa Mukerji among others. Nick Jonas brothers had also flooded the comment section dropping lots of heart emoticons.
Some time back, in a report by the POP Diaries, a source close to Priyanka and Nick had confirmed that the duo was expecting their first child and had also shed some light on where the child will be born. The portal had quoted its source as saying:
“Amidst the speculations that are doing rounds on the internet about Priyanka and Nick’s divorce, the couple is expecting their first child. Priyanka will be giving birth to the child in LA itself. So, it is confirmed that the actress is pregnant.”
