He has contributed magnanimously to not just Hindi, but also Tamil, Telugu and other regional language film industries. A multiple-time National Award winner, he has been remembered to date for some of his iconic movies like Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein, Tanu Weds Manu, 3 Idiots, Vikram Vedha, Rang De Basanti among countless others. While his professional achievements are not unknown to everyone, R Madhavan prefers to keep his personal life quite low-key.

The young lad has already bagged several accolades both in he national and international levels, thereby making not just his parents, but also the country proud. Unlike his father, Vedaant has stayed miles away from the limelight of the showbiz world. The actor frankly added that although his son, Vedaant’s achievements is all but a result of his own hard work, but there are still many boys of his age who have greater success. In his words:
“So, when Vedaant gets compared to other kids in the industry, it is not something Sarita and I are like, nor do we endorse it, nor do we forward it, nor do we acknowledge it. Yes, I am not going to take away from what Vedaant has achieved. He has done what it takes to get the medals that he has and the national record that he has done. And being a celebrity’s child is not easy. He is going to get a lot more attention than most of his friends who have achieved a greater level of success being the same age as Vedaant.”
