Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani hosted a three-day long pre-wedding soiree for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Jamnagar. Guests from all around the globe came to be a part of this three-day-long extravaganza. There's no denying the fact that the pre-wedding festivities gave people something to talk about, and we are not yet able to get over the glimpses and inside information of this starry affair. Recently, we again stumbled upon information about Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding soiree, and it's all things delicious.
Earlier, several reports claimed that a total of 21 to 65 chefs were roped in to prepare scrumptious items at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding soiree. And now, as per a recent report by Money Control, there were three professional chefs, Ritu Dalmia, Loic Portalier, and Selin Kiazim, among others. While Ritu Dalmia was in charge of preparing the midnight snacks, Loic Portalier showed his talent in European dishes. On the other hand, chef, Selin Kiazim prepared the Turkish menu, while chef, Tukta Puripanya was in charge of preparing authentic Thai food. As per an old report by Daily Mail, the Ambanis had spent 20 million pounds, approximately Rs. 210 crore only on the catering service, and a total of 2,500 dishes were there at the soiree.

Now, coming to the lip-smacking drinks that were served to the guests, as per the same report, the beverage section of the Jamnagar pre-wedding soiree was extensive, and it included diverse options for the guests, including Kombuchas, Bubble Tea, Bikaner Chattri Gola, and Chuski Pepsi among others. As per the report, keeping in mind the theme of the soiree, which mainly evolved around Vantara, the guests were served animal-shaped ice creams in nature-inspired flavours.
The same report also suggested that several special Indian dishes were served at the pre-wedding soiree, including yummy street food like Vada Pav and Masala Khichiya from Mumbai's famous shop, Khau Gully, and several egg dishes from Surat’s Bhai Bhai Omelette Centre. Talking about the American cuisine, chef, Ritu Dalmia is said to have curated the special Modern Indian dishes from the award-winning restaurant, Avartana.

The report also suggested that the afterparty food counter at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding soiree had trendy Instagram-worthy setups. Chef, Ritu Dalmia was in charge of the midnight snacks and the food items included special shawarma rolls from the brand, Maroosh. Maggi and slide bars were also prepared for the guests.
As per the same report, the pre-wedding food counter also included a 'spiked' station from where dishes like spaghetti with vodka sauce and Tequila spiked classic chilli rellenos soft tortillas were served to the guests. The three-day-long extravaganza also paid homage to Gujarati culinary traditions and if the report is to be believed a wide range of Gujarati dishes and snacks were also there in the food menu.
