Radhika Merchant donned a navy-blue coloured tunic set at her first Ganpati 'visarjan' after her wedding with Anant Ambani. It was priced at around Rs. 1.60 lakhs.
Radhika Merchant celebrated her first Ganpati Utsav after her marriage to Anant Ambani, and it was surreal. The new bahu of the Ambani clan left no stone unturned as she enjoyed the festival with a lot of grandeur. On September 8, 2024, social media was filled with glimpses of Anant and Radhika dancing their hearts out during the visarjan.
Though Radhika kept her look minimal, her navy-blue coloured tunic set caught a lot of attention. The tunic set was from the shelves of ace designer, Jayanti Reddy and had a round neck, gold zardozi embroidery, a flowy silhouette. She styled her kurta with mint green-coloured pants and ditched jewellery and makeup. Radhika’s stunning attire was priced at Rs. 1,59,900 on Jayanti Reddy’s website.
For the Ganesh puja hosted by the Ambanis for Anant and Radhika, the newlywed bahu was seen decked out in a gorgeous rani-pink suit with intricate gotta patti work and beautiful zari embroidery. She completed her look with gold and diamond earrings, bangles, and a necklace and flaunted her no-makeup look.
The family hosted a grand celebration in the evening, which was attended by all the Bollywood A-listers. Nita Ambani, too, posed for the shutterbugs along with the newlyweds, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Radhika looked stunning as she exuded grace in a multi-hued silk saree with a broad golden border. She styled it with gold jewellery and a neatly tied bun.
Radhika is a fashionista who knows how to ace all her looks. She donned a 100-year-old archival piece at her bidaai ceremony. The Ambani's choti bahu wore a custom red-and-golden lehenga from ace designer, Manish Malhotra's collection. However, she kept her makeup and jewellery the same as her wedding look. Additionally, she wore a vintage blouse, which was over 100 years old. In an interview with Vogue India, she talked about the same and said:
“For my bidaai, I opted for the traditional Indian bridal red. My blouse was an archival piece—over 100 years old! - sourced by none other than designer Manish Malhotra."
