Raghav Juyal was born on July 10, 1991, into a middle-class family in Uttarakhand. His father, Deepak Juyal is an advocate by profession, and his mother, Alka Bakshi Juyal is a homemaker. Like all middle-class families in India, Raghav was also told by his parents to study hard in order to succeed in life. The doting son followed his parents as he completed his schooling from Doon International School and attained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Dehradun's DAV (PG) College.

Multiple reports indicate that Raghav Juyal was inclined towards dancing from an early age and participated in a series of dance competitions. However, he eventually had to choose between studies and dance, and he chose the latter. Initially, he struggled a lot, as he didn't win many dance competitions because his dance style was way ahead of its time in India.

Like almost every parent in the world, Raghav's parents were also quite skeptical about his decision to become a dancer, as they were worried about his future. However, they never discouraged or stopped him from doing what he always wanted to do. Once, in an old interview with a news portal, Raghav opened up about his passion for dancing and revealed how he used to practice alone for hours.

Raghav Juyal also added that whenever his father returned home from work, he would stop dancing, open a book, and act like he was studying. Ultimately, Raghav's dedication and years of practice paid off after he got selected for Dance India Dance season 3 back in 2013. He finished the show as second runner-up but became a part of Dance India Dance, as he continued appearing as a dance captain or host in different formats of the show.

However, not everyone knows that Raghav Juyal couldn't make it to the 'Top 18' of Dance India Dance season 3 due to his dancing style, which was too unique for the viewers back then. However, after his audition video was uploaded to YouTube, it went viral, and the makers decided to call him back on the show as a wildcard contestant.

After making his mark as a dancer and choreographer, Raghav Juyal made his acting debut in Bollywood with the film, Sonali Cable in 2014. In the following years, he was seen in the films, ABCD 2, Nawabzaade, Street Dancer 3D, Bahut Hua Samman, and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. However, in 2024, Raghav stunned everyone with his negative character, 'Fani,' in Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt's film, Kill. The handsome actor received a lot of applause from the critics for his exceptional work in the violent film, Kill.

Raghav Juyal's alleged dating rumours with Shehnaaz Gill

For the uninitiated, Raghav Juyal and Shehnaaz Gill’s dating rumours made their way into the media after they worked together in Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. It was during the film’s trailer launch when Salman Khan hinted at Shehnaaz moving on in life. He also added that he saw some chemistry developing on the sets of his film.

Soon, after Salman Khan’s comments, people started linking Shehnaaz and Raghav. However, both of them denied their dating rumours. However, as per a Times Now report in June 2024, Raghav and Shehnaaz are reportedly still dating and keeping things low-key.

If the report is to be believed, the alleged lovebirds, Raghav Juyal and Shehnaaz Gill are going strong and are reportedly meeting only in private. Well, only time will tell whether they’re really together or it’s just a PR campaign.
