Five years back in 2014, CityLights was released and during the course of the shooting, Raj and Patralekhaa brought light to each other’s lives. For instance, on February 20, 2018, Patralekhaa had turned 28-year-old and the doting boyfriend had taken to his social media and had wished her with all goody-goody words. In another interview, Raj Kummar Rao had gone on-record and talked his heart out about wedding plans with Patralekha and had stated, "Not right now. Right now, we are focusing on our careers. Patralekhaa and I have been together for more than six years now, and we are very happy with each other. Even if we get married, we will be happy. I know so many people who are not married, but they are living together, and they are happy. So, it’s not like both of us don’t think about marriage, but we don’t stress about it. I know that eventually, it will happen as our families would want us to get married, though they have never pressurised us.”
