Shilpa Shetty’s husband, Raj Kundra garnered a lot of negative limelight in 2021 after he got arrested by the Mumbai Police for his alleged involvement in pornography. After a lot of trials, Raj was granted bail, but since then, he has been seen with a mask in the public domain. The businessman, who owns different masks, never leaves his home without one.
And now, Raj Kundra has again entered the spotlight during his recent outing. Raj, who graced the premiere of Jaane Jaan, bumped into Esha Gupta at the event. Seeing Esha, Raj could not hide his happiness and went on to give her a hug. Esha looked sexy in a black-hued bodycon dress at the event. However, as soon as Raj went on to hug Esha, he was heard saying, “You’re so hot” and left the actress blushing.

As soon as the video went viral on social media, netizens could not help but bombard the comment section with their opinions. While one of the users wrote, ‘Kundra Nahi sudhra’. Another one commented, “Oh god! Shilpa ji ab to jaag jaiye.” Many people also questioned about Raj wearing a mask always.

It was in February 2021 when the racket publishing pornographic content with Raj Kundra's alleged involvement was busted. A woman had approached Mumbai Police with the allegations on Raj for luring men and women with the pretext of giving them work in web series, and instead, forcing them to act in adult movies.

During Raj’s jail term, Shilpa was at the receiving end as the actress faced a lot of trolling and was even accused of being involved in her husband’s business. But she maintained her dignity and never said anything bad about her husband. In one of the interviews, Shilpa revealed that during the whole fiasco, her kids, Viaan and Samisha were her strength.
Shilpa Shetty will soon be seen in the upcoming film, Sukhee. During the trailer launch event of Sukhee, Shilpa Shetty revealed that when Sonal Joshi and Vikram Malhotra approached her for the film, she said 'no' to it for some reason. The actress shared that she was not in that state of mind and she asked the makers to cast someone else in the film. Further in her conversation, Shilpa revealed that the person who convinced her to do the film was none other than her hubby, Raj.
