Television actress, Charu Asopa and her husband, Rajeev Sen, embraced parenthood with the arrival of their first child on November 1, 2021. The entire Sen family are celebrating the birth of their baby girl, and the couple's fans have been eagerly waiting to get a glimpse of their daughter. Recently, Rajeev shared a picture of his newborn princess with her grandfather.
It was Rajeev Sen, who had announced the arrival of his daughter on his Instagram handle. Rajeev had shared glimpses of their newborn baby from the hospital. In one of the photos, we can see the joy of meeting their child on the parents' faces for the first time. Alongside it, Rajeev had written:
"Blessed with a baby girl. Charu is doing fine & fit. So proud of my wife for being strong right till the end. Thank you all for your prayers. Thank you, God."

On November 3, 2021, Rajeev took to his Instagram handle and shared an IG story from the hospital room. In the photo, we can see Rajeev's father, Shubeer Sen, holding their granddaughter in his arms while Charu was adorably looking at them in the background. Atop it, Rajeev wrote, "Proud grandfather." Rajeev Sen's sister, Sushmita Sen had also expressed her joy on being a bua. In the photo, we could see her wearing a blue coordinate set, a face mask, and a headcover in the photo. Alongside it, Sushmita had bared her heart out on meeting her niece. She had written:
"Lakshmi arrives just before Diwali!! IT'S A GIRL! Congratulations @asopacharu & @rajeevsen9 …what a beauty she is!"

Expressing her joy of meeting her niece for the first time and witnessing her sister-in-law, Charu's delivery. Sushmita had added:
"Became a bua this morning. Not allowed to share baby pictures yet, so sharing mine from just before Charu delivered our little Angel. I was blessed to witness it. Thank you Doctor @rishmapai for making this such a beautiful & peaceful experience!! You're just the BEST. CONGRATULATIONS to Asopa & Sen family, 3 grandchildren, all girls!"
