Recently, rumours mills have been abuzz with the news that Rajkummar and Patralekhaa are all set to tie the knot in November 2021. Rajkummar had first seen Patralekhaa in an advertisement, and he had fallen head-over-heels in love with her. On the other hand, Patralekhaa had seen Rajkummar Rao in Love Sex and Dhoka, and she didn't have a great image of him. Recently, we stumbled upon a 2018 interview of Rajkummar Rao with the Hindustan Times, wherein he had talked about his mother's reaction to meeting Patralekhaa for the first time. During the interaction, Rajkummar had revealed that Patralekhaa is his best friend, and they discussed everything under the moon except marriage and babies. The actor had said:
"Patralekha is my best friend -- we discuss cinema, we discuss acting or travelling. We’re not discussing marriage or babies because we like the way we are"
Talking about his mother's reaction after meeting Rajkummar's lady love, the actor had stated that she immediately warned him that this was the last girl she was meeting. Rajkummar had revealed:
"When my mom first met Patralekha, she said that she’s going to be the last girl I’m meeting."
Rajkummar and Patralekhaa are madly in love with each other. They often share cute pictures on their IG feeds. On Rajkummar's birthday, Patralekhaa had posted a beautiful picture with him. Alongside it, she had written, "Happy Birthday @rajkummar_rao. You know what you mean to me. I always wish that you out do yourself in every character that you play because I know that's what you wish for yourself. Thank you for being rock solid through this difficult period. I love you. Baaki baatein Instagram par nahi ghar par."
