The couple will reportedly tie the know on February 21, 2024, in an intimate beach-side wedding in Goa. The duo has kickstarted their pre-wedding festivities. Recently, we got an adorable glimpse of the bride-to-be.
Rakul Preet Singh was photographed arriving at a place in her car. The Bollywood diva was all decked up in a beautiful green-hued traditional attire paired with heavy jewellery, subtle makeup and open tresses. In the video captured by paparazzi, Rakul was seen carrying gifts in her hand as she stepped out of her car.

On February 12, 2024, Rakul and Jackky’s wedding invite had gone viral in the media. In the glimpses that surfaced online, their invitation card was set in the tones of pastel blue and pink. It comprised the initials of both the bride and the groom, and contained their personalised hashtag, ‘Ab Dono Bhagna-Ni’. The card also featured a mandap on the beach side, and another part of it showcased a sofa on the seashore.
A few days ago, reports went rife, that stated that Rakul and Jackky have opted for an eco-friendly wedding. It has been reported by Hindustan Times that the couple has not sent any physical invites but rather has gone for an e-version of their invitation cards. The two have also pledged not to use any firecrackers at any point during the course of their wedding festivities. The same report also mentioned that Rakul and Jackky would plant as many trees as the total carbon footprint of their entire wedding celebrations. In the report, a source revealed:
“No physical invites have been sent by the couple and their family. Also, no crackers will be burst at any point. These people will measure the carbon footprint generated during this couple’s wedding ceremonies. They will then tell them how many trees are needed to be planted, in accordance with the footprint. It’s a unique step taken, definitely. The couple will themselves plant it, either immediately after the marriage ceremony or the following day.”

Rakul and Jackky will get married in the grand and luxurious halls of ITC Grand in South Goa. The couple opted for the venue keeping in mind their love for elegance and opulence. A report by the Hindustan Times stated that the resort features Indo-Portuguese designs, and costs somewhere between Rs 19K-75K per night. A source revealed why they opted for the venue:
"Choosing ITC Grand Goa as their wedding venue reflects the couple's taste for elegance and opulence. The sprawling property, nestled in the serene landscapes of Goa, provides the perfect backdrop for a dreamy and intimate celebration."
Rakul and Jackky are reportedly going to wear wedding attire from the shelves of the ace Indian designer, Tarun Tahiliani. The couple, whose wedding celebrations will go on for 3-4 days, is going to don ensembles from various renowned designers. The duo will reportedly also be wearing ensembles from the house of Manish Malhotra, Anamika Khanna, and Anita Dongre.
