Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani are all set to hop onto the forever journey soon. Ahead of their wedding, the duo shared glimpses of their outfit from their pre-wedding festivities.
Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani are reportedly getting married on February 21, 2024. The two are set to tie the knot in an intimate beach-side ceremony, amidst the presence of their loved ones in Goa. Rakul and Jackky’s pre-wedding festivities have already begun, and now the bride-to-be and groom-to-be have uploaded pictures of their outfits from their first ceremony.
On February 16, 2024, Rakul Preet Singh took to her official Instagram account to commemorate her look from their Dhol night. The actress stunned in a green-hued georgette sharara set featuring mirror work, was paired with a peplum top and a scalloped dupatta. Upon researching, we found out that the dress was from the shelves of Seema Gujral, and cost Rs 1,28,000. Rakul accentuated her look by adding kundan jewellery, which comprised a statement choker, studs and bracelet. She kept her luscious hair open and opted for nude makeup. She captioned her post as:
“Mai koi aisa geet gaun?”

Meanwhile, Rakul’s would-be-husband, Jackky, too, took to his Instagram to upload his look from their wedding festivity. The actor-turned-producer looked dapper in a black-coloured embellished kurta from the collection of S&N by Shantanu Nikhil. Jackky paired his kurta with matching pants and shoes. He captioned the post as:
“Best things are about to happen.”

A few days prior to their D-day, Rakul and Jackky’s wedding invitation surfaced in the media. Their minimal yet aesthetic card stole everyone’s hearts. The card was set in the tones of pastel blue and pink, and featured caricatures of a mandap and a sofa beside the seashore. Their personalised hashtag, ‘Ab Dono Bhagna-Ni,’ was also mentioned on the card. It is worth noting that the two opted for an eco-friendly wedding.
Rakul and Jackky are reportedly not going to burst firecrackers at any point during their 3-4 days long wedding festivities. Moreover, the duo will plant as many trees as the total carbon footprint of their entire wedding celebrations. Rakul and Jackky have not sent any physical invites to their guests. As per a report by Hindustan Times, a source has revealed:
“No physical invites have been sent by the couple and their family. Also, no crackers will be burst at any point. These people will measure the carbon footprint generated during this couple’s wedding ceremonies. They will then tell them how many trees are needed to be planted, in accordance with the footprint. It’s a unique step taken, definitely. The couple will themselves plant it, either immediately after the marriage ceremony or the following day.”
