Ranbir Kapoor has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate for his alleged involvement in an app that promotes fraudulent betting.
Ranbir Kapoor is one of the most-loved actors among his generation in Bollywood. Son of talented actors, Late Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh, Ranbir has successfully kept up the legacy of his surname, as the family of the Kapoor’s is thought to be one of the legendary film families. Speaking about his professional life, the actor is currently anticipating the release of his upcoming film, Animal. On the other hand, in his personal life, Ranbir is married to Alia Bhatt and the duo is parents to their daughter, Raha Kapoor.
According to a recent report by India Today, Ranbir Kapoor has been served a summon notice by the Enforcement Directorate and will be quizzed for his connection with the ‘Mahadev Betting Case’. The actor is scheduled to make his appearance before the ED officials on October 6, 2023. For the unversed, the Mahadev Book App came under the scanner for its fraudulent betting activities. Well, not just Ranbir, but several other leading celebrities, including Tiger Shroff, Sunny Leone, Neha Kakkar, Bharti Singh, Kriti Kharbanda, Bhagyashree, Sukhwinder Singh, Vishal Dadlani amongst others have also been listed down for their involvement in the case and shall be summoned by the ED shortly.

Back on September 21, 2023, a report by Money Control stated that Ranbir had leased out his residential unit of over 6094 square feet on the tenth floor of the Trump Towers in Pune. The deal, which was for a total of three years, would bWe fetching a rent of Rs. 4 lakhs per month. The report further mentioned that the actor signed the deal with his tenant on September 15, where the latter paid a security deposit of Rs. 24 lakhs. Moreover, the report stated that the rent will be Rs. 4 lakhs for the first year and will increase annually for the three-year term, scaling up to an amount of Rs. 4.41 lakhs for the final year.
Apart from being a fabulous actor, Ranbir Kapoor is a loving husband to his wifey, Alia and a doting father to their daughter, Raha. He never fails to ace his responsibilities towards his family, which simply sheds goals. On September 24, 2023, Ranbir was spotted arriving at the T-Series office for Ganesh Chaturthi. For his OOTD, the actor wore an oversized navy-blue shirt and black trousers. He flaunted his new look with a cool haircut and a pair of goggles. Along with this, he was spotted donning a customised cap with his daughter, Raha Kapoor's name and a pink-hued teddy bear, which gave pure daddy goals.
