Bollywood's hottest actor, Ranbir Kapoor had broken many hearts after tying the knot in an intimate wedding with the love of his life, Alia Bhatt. It all seems like a beautiful fairy tale. At the young age of eleven, Alia had developed an instant liking for Ranbir, who was assisting the director, Sanjay Leela Bhansali. And years later, the gorgeousness married him in a dreamy ceremony.
After tying the knot, Alia had shared beautiful pictures from their love-filled wedding. The nayi bahu of the Kapoor had also revealed the reason behind getting married at Ranbir's home, Vaastu. She had shared that they had spent the happiest time of their life in the past five years. For the ceremony, Alia had ditched the red lehenga and had opted for an ivory-hued saree and Ranbir had complemented her in a matching sherwani.

Recently, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Pandit Rajesh Sharma had performed the wedding of Ranbir and Alia. The pandit ji shared that the family had started the ceremonies by taking late Rishi Kapoor's blessings. They wanted to follow all the rituals of a Punjabi wedding. However, it was the dulhe raja, who wanted to understand all the rituals of the wedding in detail. The pandit ji said:
"Rishi (Kapoor) ji ka aashirwad lete huye, saare functions kiya hai unhone. It was a traditional Punjabi wedding, with all the rituals that the Kapoor family has been following. They made sure everything happens just like it has always happened. Ranbir ki iccha thi ki, Panditji puri vidhi samjha ke (shaadi) karana."
The pandit ji also revealed that they had wrapped the wedding by 5:20 in the afternoon. He also shared that Alia didn't had the chooda ceremony as her mama wasn't able to make it to the wedding. However, she had the kaleera ceremony.

After tying the knot in an intimate ceremony, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt posed for the paparazzi, who were stationed for hours to get a glimpse of them. They looked adorable as they arrived hand-in-hand. However, it is Ranbir ki dulhaniya, Alia's look that left us in awe. Like a doting nayi bahu, Alia flaunted her sindoor and mangalsutra. If you look closely, Alia's mangalsutra has an infinity design with a huge diamond pendant.
