In a video, Ranbir Kapoor asked Karan Johar to stop discussing his breakup with Deepika Padukone on the 'Koffee' couch, and netizens reacted strongly to it.
Koffee With Karan hosted by ace filmmaker, Karan Johar is counted among one of the most controversial reality shows. The host, being a good friend to many celebrities in town, keeps bringing them on the show and convinces them in some way to reveal various unknown aspects of their lives. Now, we stumbled upon a video from the show's season 5 episode 4, which was graced by Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. Thus, once again, Karan quizzed the actors and took the topic of Ranbir's relationship and breakup with Deepika Padukone on the discussion table, and got brutal answers from the actors.
In a video, Karan Johar was heard saying, "So we just take the elephant out in the room. Is it ever awkward that there's been history with Deepika with both of you?" To this, Ranveer Singh hilariously mentioned, "Are you calling her (Deepika) an elephant?" Soon, Karan Johar mentioned that instead of Deepika Padukone, he was calling himself an elephant and put up the question to the two guests on his show's season 5 episode 4, Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer once again. However, he also clearly made an indication that Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were already in a relationship. Karan told Ranveer:
"So apparently you dating her, no one gonna record the conjecturer too."

Soon, Ranbir started clarifying his point and answered Karan by saying, "So let me speak about myself. It's been seven or eight years. It's nearly a decade." To this, Ranveer, who looked quite shocked, said, "Ohh, that's damn a long." Ranbir further continued that since his breakup with Deepika had already happened a long time back, and their fans have also moved on, people should stop discussing this. By saying this, he requested Karan and his show makers the same and added:
"Yeah, and everyone's concerned are over and we have positively moved on in our lives and its high time Koffee With Karan also moves on, because its done. There's no elephant. Its disappeared, it isn't visible."
However, Karan didn't stop his questions at that point and responded to Ranbir's answer by saying, "It's all fine. And you guys have hung out in groups together as well." Ranbir interrupted Karan and added, "Lots", and again Karan said, "I mean as friends." Further, Karan threw the same question to Ranveer and asked him, "And what about you? Does it ever bother you that there's been history there with Ranbir?" However, Ranveer too clearly dealt with it and said, "No. Why should it? Should it?" To this, Ranbir mentioned, "Should not", and Ranveer too, added, "It should not. And it does not."

However, Ranbir then explained their friendship and said, "I have hung out with them. And I think they have an amazing creative partnership onscreen and way beyond that, they are with each other, they are very complimenting each other in ways perfect to each other. And I'm really happy for them, and I hope that they get serious and make some babies together. And i hope their babies like me as an actor, I'm their favourite actor." And listening to Ranbir and Ranveer's answers, Karan said, "Okay, he has already reached the maternal aspect", and continued their discussions on different topics.
A few hours ago, a Reddit user reshared the video, and soon, many netizens rushed to the comment section to bare their reactions. While one user wrote, "It's been 15 years now", another netizen mentioned, "I’m so happy RK doesn’t come on this show anymore. Everyone should just stop." However, the video has been deleted from Reddit due to some reasons.
