Ranbir Kapoor aced his daddy duties and spent some quality time with Raha as Alia Bhatt is busy promoting her upcoming film, 'Jigra'.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor often send their fans into a collective meltdown with their chemistry. The couple hopped onto their forever journey in 2022 after dating for several years. And now, they are enjoying the best phase of their lives, i.e., parenthood. It was in 2022 when Alia and Ranbir welcomed their princess, Raha, into their lives, and now she is all set to celebrate her second birthday within a few days. Ahead of the same, Alia Bhatt revealed that recently the little one had a sneak peek into her and Ranbir's celebrity aura. And while Alia is busy promoting her upcoming film, Ranbir is acing his daddy duties.
Alia Bhatt is all set to be seen in her upcoming movie, Jigra, and she is currently on a promotional spree. During a press meet on October 7, 2024, Alia talked about her little princess, Raha. She was asked which of her songs she would like Raha to watch first. To this, Alia revealed it was only yesterday when her daughter watched her first song, Radha Teri Chunri from her debut film, Student Of The Year. She said:
"Just yesterday, she saw the first song that I ever shot in my life, ‘Radha Teri Chunri’ from Student of the Year (2012)."
In the same press meeting, Alia Bhatt revealed that she and Ranbir started to show Raha songs slowly as she is almost two years old. Alia added that Raha had also witnessed her and Ranbir's mushy bond on their song, Kesaria, and cutie Kapoor watched her parents performing on-screen for the first time. The doting mumma, Alia, also stated that Raha had also seen her father's song, Badtameez Dil from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, and must have thought that dancing to songs like this is normal. In Alia's words:
"We have started showing her songs slowly since she is almost two years old now. The first song that she ever saw, however, was ‘Kesariya’ from Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva. But yesterday, she saw ‘Radha Teri Chunri’ and ‘Badtameez Dil’ from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani back to back. She must be thinking, this is normal."
Ranbir Kapoor is a doting dad to his princess, Raha, and he often proves the same. It was on October 7, 2024, when Ranbir was papped out and about in the city with Raha. Well, Ranbir is proving that he is a hands-on papa, as he is taking care of his daughter while Alia is out there promoting her film. Raha was seen looking sideways as Ranbir carried her in his arms. While Ranbir wore a black t-shirt and shorts, Raha donned a white co-ord set. The couple is surely shelling out goals for the working parents the way they smoothly balance with each other's work schedules. On the work front, Ranbir also has some massive films back to back, including Ramayana and Animal Park, among others.

In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Alia stated that her and Ranbir's priority will always be Raha. The little one's mommy darling added that she and her husband manage their timetables so that one of them could always be there with Raha despite having professional help. She gave an example of how she took up Jigra, and by then Ranbir would be done fulfilling his professional commitments for a few months.
