In an 'Ask Me Anything' session, Rashmika Mandanna answered questions about her rumoured boyfriend, Vijay Deverakonda and shared her favourite picture with him.
Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are one of the most loved celebrity jodis. Ever since the two had starred opposite each other in superhits like Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, the rumours about their affair had started doing the rounds. Although they have always called each other 'thick friends', their constant appearances together and social media posts tells us a different story.

When Vijay Deverakonda had turned 34 on May 9, 2021, Rashmika Mandanna had penned the most adorable wish for him. Rashmika had taken to her IG stories and had shared an unseen picture with Vijay, where they posed with their brightest smiles for the camera. Atop the picture, she had written, “I know I am super late…but happiest birthday Mr. @thedeverakonda” followed by a flower, heart and smiling emoticon.
Rashmika is quite active on social media and loves sharing glimpses of her personal life. On June 29, 2021, she hosted an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session with her fans, where she answered a number of questions. During the interaction, one of her fans asked her to post her favourite picture with Vijay. Adhering to her fan’s request, Rashmika posted a throwback picture with Vijay, where the duo was seen greeting the crowd from the stage. Another fan asked her, “How special is Vijay Deverakonda to you”? To this, she shared a hugging Boomerang and wrote, “besssssst fraaaannnnd”.
In an interview with International Business Times, Rashmika Mandanna had revealed that Vijay Deverakonda is the one, who had helped her in recovering from her breakup with her ex-boyfriend, Rakshit Shetty. She had said, "I was recovering from my breakup with Rakshit Shetty. I needed comfort and care, which I found in Devarakonda. I was struggling to cope up with my emotions, and it was he who lifted my spirits. He was the one who made me understand that there was a different world outside, waiting for me to embrace."

On January 18, 2021, Vijay Deverakonda had taken to his Twitter handle and had unveiled the first poster of his debut Bollywood movie, Liger. After a few moments, Rashmika Mandanna had retweeted his poster on her timeline and had penned a sweet note filled with lots of wishes and compliments for the actor.
The actress had praised Vijay's look in the poster and had revealed that she's anxiously waiting for the release of his film. Her tweet could be read as "So so proud!! Killer poster.. CANNOT wait to watch the masterpiece on screen..I legit will be up on my feet whistling and dancing..All the bestest my sweet beasts! @TheDeverakonda @purijagan @Charmmeofficial @DharmaMovies @ananyapandayy."
