Raveena Tandon Recalls Her Scary Encounters With Stalkers, Says 'He Would Send Me Vials Of Blood'

In a recent interview, Raveena Tandon opened up about her harrowing encounters with her stalkers and revealed that she got worried about her hubby, Anil Thadani's safety.

Bollywood actress, Raveena Tandon needs no introduction. She ruled the silver screen in the 90s, and even now, her stardom doesn't seem to end. The actress rules millions of hearts, courtesy of her beautiful smile and appalling looks. However, Raveena had faced some harrowing stalker incidents in the past, which left her shocked. In a recent interview, she opened up about the same.

On the personal front, Raveena Tandon had broken stereotypes when she adopted two girls, Pooja and Chhaya, in 1995, and raised them single-handedly. Later in 2004, she broke millions of hearts when she got married to film distributor, Anil Thadani, and later, the couple welcomed two children, Rasha Thadani and Ranbir Thadani.

In an interview with ETimes, Raveena Tandon opened up about her experience with stalkers and shared some concerning encounters with her fans. Talking about the same, she shared how once one of her fans was convinced that he was married to her and that her kids were his kids. Sharing the details, the actress stated:

“There was this fan from Goa who was convinced that he was married to me! He would send me vials of blood through courier, he would send letters written in blood, and obscene photographs. He was absolutely sure that he was married to me and my kids were actually his kids. It was really crazy and scary."

Further in the interview, Raveena also shared that the stalking had come to the extent that she became worried for her husband, Anil Thadani's safety. Recalling one of the incidents, she mentioned that she had to call the cops when one of her fans threw a large rock at her husband, Anil Thadani’s car as he was leaving the house. In her words:

"And then there was another person who had landed up on my gate. He would just sit outside my house. Once when my husband Anil was leaving in his car, a big stone was thrown at him! These are two incidents when I had a close call with fans. We had to call the cops because I was scared for Anil’s safety.”

Earlier, in an interaction with Ranvijay Singha on the show, Carkhana, Raveena Tandon opened up about her first-ever car and shared that she bought her first car when she was only 18 years old. The actress added that it was a used sports car which she had bought with her first earnings. Reflecting on the same, she had said:

"The day I turned 18, I bought my own first car, which was actually a second-hand car. And it was somebody's sports car, who was selling it off. And I bought that with my first earnings. It was a gift to myself. And my first new car after that was the Maruti 1000. And after that, another second-hand car was my Pajero, we used to call it the 'Road Rani'."

On the work front, Raveena was last seen in the film, KGF Chapter 2.
