Raveena Tandon opened up about her daughter, Rasha Thadani's film debut and remarked how the latter was always meant to be an actor.
Raveena Tandon is one of the most successful actresses of her generation. The diva has remained a top-of-the-league performer all throughout her career and has delivered successive blockbuster hits at the box-office. Over the years, she has experimented with various platforms of work, and has recently scored hits by debuting in the OTT with shows like One Friday Night, Aranyak and Karmma Calling. And now, she opened up about her daughter, Rasha Thadani, leading ahead her legacy and making her debut in showbiz.
In a recent interaction with Instant Bollywood, Raveena Tandon opened up about her daughter, Rasha Thadani marking her debut in showbiz. The diva remarked that her baby girl always had the spark in her to venture into films, right from her childhood. Sharing several anecdotes about Rasha’s habits as a child, Raveena claimed that acting is in her daughter's DNA. She mentioned:
“She is destiny’s child. I think she, from the time she was born she was very clear that I am going to sing and dance, I want to be a pop star, I want to be a rock star, I want to be Ariana Grande. And she would stand in front of the mirror and I have videos of her in front of that plastic piano and singing away, since she was three or four years old. I think this is my destiny’s design. Then Anil and me would just look at each other and say its in the DNA. I was like, don’t blame me.”

Previously, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Raveena Tandon opened up about the learning she has got from the Gen-Z, including her daughter, Rasha. Talking about the latter, the doting mommy revealed how her baby girl gives her lectures to not be nervous before the release of any project. Adding how her husband, Anil Thadani remains stunned at what their daughter has to say to her mom about not getting jittery, Raveena revealed:
“I have jitters before my releases and guess who lectures me. My husband tells Rasha, ‘are you 18 or 81?’. Gen Z is more aware and exposed. They are AI (artificial intelligence) themselves!"
Well, rumours have been rife have been for long that Raveena Tandon’s daughter, Rasha Thadani might make her debut soon in a film directed by Abhishek Kapoor. While there hasn’t been any official confirmation on it yet, it was Raveena, in one of her older interviews with News18 Showsha, who shared a salient piece of advice for her soon-to-be debutant daughter, Rasha. The doting mommy asked her aughter to never falter on hard work and be sincere towards her work.

In one of her older interviews with NDTV, Raveena Tandon talked about her daughter, Rasha Thadani’s first impression of paparazzi culture. The doting mommy recalled her daughter asking her innocent questions on discovering the media following her. She mentioned:
“So Rasha said, 'Mumma, you know they found me in a salon. How did they know I was there? I said the car number. Our car numbers are the same and they are always around on bikes. So the minute they see the car, they start following. Rasha was saying 'Mumma, I was going to the salon and see how I'm dressed. I said, 'It's fine, just be yourself. Don't have to change for anyone."
