On her son, Ranbirvardhan Thadani's 14th birthday, Raveena Tandon wrote a heartfelt wish, wondering how he grew up so fast.
An inspiration in reel and real life, Raveena Tandon became a mother at the young age of 21 when she had adopted Chhaya and Pooja, daughters of her distant cousin, who passed away leaving the two little ones behind. Motherhood came naturally to her when she brought Chaya Malaney and Pooja home, after witnessing the ill-treatment by their guardian. Raveena wanted to give Chhaya and Pooja, the life they deserved.
After Raveena Tandon got married to the film distributor, Anil Thadani in February 2004, the couple's family was completed with the arrival of Rasha Thadani in 2005 and Ranbirvardhan Thadani in 2007. Raveena is making the most of her motherhood phase, being a mother to her four children, Chaya Malaney, Pooja, Rasha and Ranbirvardhan. And as mentioned in an interview with the Verve People earlier, Raveena had revealed that her husband and in-laws dote on her adopted girls, Chaya and Pooja.

Raveena Tandon never leaves a chance to make her children's special days even more memorable by dedicating a post for them on social media. On her son, Ranbirvardhan Thadani's 14th birthday, Raveena wrote a heartfelt wish, wondering how he grew up so fast. Raveena captioned the birthday post as "When just when did you go from "mama ka anda" to this "taller than mama" boy! Love you my baby boy, Happy 14th my son! My sweet mature, "old soul" gentle giant! Love you to the moon and orbiting around!"
On Ranbirvardhan Thadani's 13th birthday last year, Raveena Tandon had expressed her happiness on her son becoming a teenager. Speaking of how time flies in the blink of an eye, Raveena had captioned her post as "#13 years old! #mysonsateenager And time just slips by from underneath you...a babe in the arms, to a strapping young lad, striding shoulder to shoulder besides you. #happybirthday #ranbirvardhan Thank you all for the good wishes and blessings."

In an interview with Pinkvilla, when asked, "What are some of your best memories of motherhood?" Raveena Tandon had retorted, "There are plenty of them, actually! Be it getting Pooja and Chaya home, getting them married, being witness to the birth of their babies. Then, of course, I was blessed with my two babies Rasha and Ranbirvardhan which enhanced my choices as a mother. I have become more compassionate as a person and at the same time, I feel like this powerful woman because I am like this shield to my kids. In addition, being a mom to 4 just creates this aura of oozing positivity around me."
In an interview with the Filmfare, Raveena Tandon spoke about her son, Ranbirvardhan Thadani and was quoted as saying, "He's a wise, old soul. I believe that he's my grandfather or someone like that who's been born to me again. He is so mature for his age. When we used to go for parent-teacher meetings, they would tell me that he's such a gentleman. There was a supervisor who used to call him 'Buddha'. She used to say that he is a wise, old Buddha who talks less and does his work."
