A father-daughter relationship is one of the most precious bonds that we can ever see. People say daughters are more close to their fathers. However, losing parents is one of the most unfortunate and grieving circumstances ever. Our Bollywood actress, Raveena Tandon, has always been her father, Ravi Tandon's little girl. And, today, her father took his last breath.
Raveena Tandon's father, Ravi Tandon, was born in a Punjabi Family in Agra. He was a filmmaker and had directed a few films including, Khel Khel Mein, Anhonee, Nazrana, Majboor, Khud-daar and Zindagi. On February 12, 2022, Ravi Tandon left for the heavenly abode, and his doting daughter shared the news with the world through a grieving post.

A few hours ago, Raveena took to her Instagram handle and announced her father, Ravi Tandon's demise through a post. Sharing an array of pictures with her daddy dearest, Raveena penned a heartmelting note dedicating to her father that can be read as:
"You will always walk with me , I will always be you, I'm never letting go. Love you papa."
As soon as she shared the pictures, Neelam Kothari, Juhi Chawla, Namrata Shirodkar, among the others penned consoling notes dedicating for Raveena and her father. While Neelam Kothari wrote, "Heartfelt condolences (along with a heart and folded hands emoji)", Namrata shared a few folded hands emojis. Juhi Chawla commented, "Heartfelt condolences to you & your family Raveena.. May his soul rest in peace. Om Shanti."

On May 29, 2021, Raveena's parents, Ravi Tandon and Veena Tandon had celebrated their 55 years of marital bliss. Sharing a picture of her mom and dad, Raveena had penned a sweet note for them and had called them her 'inspiration'. She had written:
"55 glorious years and more to come. My inspiration, my faith and my belief in love and companionship for a together forever comes from them. Happy 55th wedding anniversary and 62 years (plus 7 years courtship) of knowing and loving each through everything."
In February 2021, Raveena had celebrated her father, Ravi Tandon's birthday. It was a low-key celebration amongst the close circle of the Tandon family and the actress had given a sneak-peek into the celebration through her social media handle. Raveena Tandon had captioned the videos as, "#celebrations #happybirthdaypapa #ravitandon #ravitandonji".
