On September 13, 2023, Rekha attended an award show in Mumbai, which was attended by many Bollywood celebrities, including Manushi Chhillar, Raveena Tandon, Sobhita Dhulipala, Manish Malhotra, Randeep Hooda, and others. While celebs dazzled on the red carpet at the Globalspa Awards 2023 in their impeccable looks, it was Rekha who stole the show with her oh-so-stunning avatar as she opted for her signature sartorial pick, the evergreen saree.

Rekha got decked up in a cream and gold-hued saree which had gold embroidery and intricate chikankari work. She styled her drape with a gold full-sleeved kurta and cream pants. To accentuate her look, she added an embroidered potli bag, dangling jhumkis, a matching necklace, and some bangles. Rekha opted for a gajra-adorned mid-parted bun and bold red lip shade for her glam look.
In one of the videos, as the actress made an exit from the venue, she was surrounded by the paps who wanted to click her. After the photo-op, Rekha was seen heading towards her car, and a cameraman approached her and asked her to get a picture clicked with him. While the actress politely obliged his request, she also slapped him candidly on the cheek, which made him blush. Then, Rekha went inside her car and thanked the paparazzi before bidding them farewell.
