Rekha looked like a vision for the cover of Vogue Dubai. However, it is alleged that the outfits donned by the diva were originally made for Karan Johar's dream project, 'Takht'.
Fashion icon, Rekha broke the headlines after she appeared on the cover of the International magazine Vogue Dubai. Her royal pictures published recently were beyond words, and her confidence surely gave every actress a run for their money. From the royal outfits to the gorgeous jewels, Rekha dazzled, and her pictures are making a roar on social media.
For the photoshoot, Rekha shined in Manish Malhotra’s royal outfits and the ace designer did complete justice to Rekha’s look, paying minute attention to every detail. However, it is alleged that the outfits worn by Rekha were originally made by Manish for filmmaker, Karan Johar’s dream project, Takht. Diet Sabya shared a picture on its IG story, where Manish was seen along with two male models doing similar outfits worn by Rekha for the cover.

Manish Malhotra posted an array of pictures of Rekha from the photoshoot and shared his immense pride in styling the diva. In one of the pictures, Rekha was seen wearing a customised archival brocade jacket with Mughal-inspired headgear.
In another picture, the gorgeousness was seen draped in a two-tone dupion silk long kurta along with a Hyderabadi style two-toned tissue organza khada dupatta. Along with the masterpiece, Rekha donned a gold and emerald necklace with matching earrings, maang teeka and matha patti. With long open tresses and bold red lips, Rekha was a vision to behold.

Rekha also brought the Umrao Jaan vibe in Manish Malhotra’s customised archival piece featuring a mulmul angarkha which had a huge ghera. She paired it with a contemporary vintage gold embroidered short jacket and dupatta. She teamed her look with a diamond choker, layered necklace, earrings, headgear and haath phool.
In one of the pictures, while striking a pose in a Manish Malhotra saree, Rekha was seen wrapped in diamond jewellery with different necklaces, big stud earrings, bangles and rings. Not just this, the 64-year-old actress has also flaunted sindoor on her forehead.
