Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor's daughter, Riddhima Kapoor is a model-turned-jewellery designer. Coming to her personal life, she tied the knot with a businessman, Bharat Sahni on January 25, 2006. After being in marital bliss for five years, they were blessed with a baby girl, whom they named Samara Sahni. Fast forward to now, Samara is already a 13-year-old girl and is often spotted with her family at various events. Thus, the little girl also enjoys a huge fan following of over a lakh followers.

Recently, in an interview with Galatta Plus, Riddhima Kapoor and Bharat Sahni talked in length about the trolls that their 13-year-old daughter, Samara, has been facing for a long time. At the beginning of the video, Samara mentioned how she is completely okay with the trolling. She said:

"I know everyone doesn't likes me, which is okay. I don't want everyone to like me."

Riddhima Kapoor mentions she doesn't want her 13-year-old daughter, Samara to be on social media

Following this, Riddhima mentioned that developing a thick skin is the only way to deal with social media trolling. However, she also added that asking her 13-year-old daughter to develop a thick skin is also quite difficult. Afterward, the doting mother added that she doesn't want her daughter to continue having a social media account, which is why it seems that Samara's account is now private. Riddhima said:

"I say either you develop a thick skin. I don’t think it’s fair to tell a 13-year-old to develop a thick skin. But this is the choice that she is making. She wants to be on social media, I don’t want her to be on social media to be honest. I want her off. I told her if you still want to continue your account, you can't keep reading all your comments. People will write all sorts of things. Koi bhi kuch bhi likh raha hai, kidhar bhi baithke kuch bhi likh raha hai. Maybe the househelp is writing, who knows. ”

Afterward, the host asked Samara's daddy if it also troubles him. To this, Bharat mentioned that sometimes he also scrolls down the comment section of his daughter's posts to see what people are writing. However, mentioning how people at times were nasty and at some other times were brutal to Samara. But he ended the video by saying a popular quote, which is 'empty minds are devil's workshop. People have nothing better to do.'
