Riddhima Kapoor Sahni Sends Love To Future 'Bhabhi', Alia Bhatt, After She Tests Positive With COVID

Ranbir Kapoor's sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni sent love to her future 'bhabhi', Alia Bhatt, as she posted a throwback picture with her on her IG stories.

Ranbir Kapoor had contracted the deadly Coronavirus a few weeks ago. The actor tested negative for COVID-19, but now his girlfriend and actress, Alia Bhatt, has contracted the virus. Alia Bhatt tested positive for COVID-19 and has isolated herself in her house immediately. The actress took to her IG stories to break the news to her fans.

Alia Bhatt penned a note on her IG stories informing her fans about her diagnosis, and it can be read as "Hello all, I have tested positive for Covid-19. I have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Grateful for all your love and support. Please stay safe and take care."

Ranbir Kapoor's sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni sent love to her future bhabhi, Alia Bhatt, as she posted a throwback picture with her on her IG stories. In the picture, we can see Riddhima, her mother, Neetu Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and her sister, Shaheen Bhatt, all smiling for the camera. Atop the picture, Riddhima wrote, "#throwback", followed by red heart emojis.

Alia Bhatt shares a great camaraderie with her beau, Ranbir Kapoor's family, and it is pretty evident from her social media handles. Ranbir Kapoor's sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni is also quite active on social media and keeps sharing glances of her lovely family moments. On January 31, 2021, Riddhima Kapor Sahni had shared a picture of her Sunday 'fam-jam' with her brother, Ranbir Kapoor and his girlfriend, Alia Bhatt. Riddhima had missed her mother, Neetu Kapoor, Alia Bhatt's mother, Soni Razdan and sister, Shaheen Bhatt at their mini get-together. Ranbir and Alia had looked cute, posing beside each other as they had twinned in black. Riddhima had captioned the picture as "Fam Jam -Sunday. Missed @neetu54 @sonirazdan @shaheenb #sundaylunchathome."

On October 25, 2020, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a beautiful group selfie from Alia's mother, Soni Razdan's birthday celebrations. In the picture, we had also spotted Riddhima's mother, Neetu Kapoor and Alia's sister, Shaheen Bhatt. As dapper Ranbir had taken the selfie, all the ladies had posed with their gorgeous smiles for the camera.

On September 15, 2020, Alia Bhatt had shared a lovely birthday wish for her future sister-in-law, Riddhima Kapor Sahni. She had posted a lovely hugging picture with her on her Instagram stories, and had written, "Happy birthday my darling @riddhimakapoorsahniofficial. Love you, love you, love you. Wish you a lifetime of joy and happiness." On September 14, 2020, the entire Kapoor clan had gathered together and had celebrated Riddhima's birthday. Alia Bhatt was also present at Riddhima's birthday celebrations.

Earlier, amid the reports of Ranbir and Alia's 2021 wedding, the latter had clarified in an interview with Pinkvilla, and had said, "When will I marry? Why is everyone asking me when I'm going to get married? You know I'm only 27 years old, and I think it's too soon to get married right now." Soon after which, her beau, Ranbir Kapoor, had confirmed that they would have sealed the deal in 2020 if not for the pandemic. In an interview with Rajeev Masand, the actor had retorted, "Well, I think it would have already been sealed if the pandemic had not hit our lives. I don't want to jinx it by saying anything. I want to tick mark that goal very soon in my life."
