For the unversed, it was in the year 2003, when Bollywood's cutest couple, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'souza, had met each other for the first time during the shooting of their film, Tujhe Meri Kasam. After which, they had dated each other for nine years, and finally, on February 3, 2012, Genelia and Riteish had got married. Sounds filmy, isn't it? On December 30, 2021, Riteish Deshmukh took to his Instagram handle and took a hilarious dig at his actress-wife, Genelia Deshmukh, as he shared a Reel of the famous comedian, Steve Trevino's comic gig, Wife Problem. In the video, Riteish recorded his 'perfect wife', who was sitting on a couch in a black nightwear and looked gorgeous. The Reel made Genelia burst into laughter, as in the audio, Steve Trevino talked about a perfect's wife's daily problems, which the actress found quite relatable. Along with the hilarious video, Ritesh penned a note, and it can be read as "My perfect wife. @geneliad - friendly appearances by @eeks25 @redrajiv". The audio in the video goes like this:
"Oh! She's perfect my wife. Never makes any mistakes. But that's the same person that walks around our house every day going call my phone. Can you call my phone? I don't know where my phone is, babe! Just call it babe. Oh it's in my purse, I had it on silent. Now tell me where are my keys, I don't know where are my keys."
A few days back, Genelia Deshmukh had taken to her Instagram handle to wish her husband, Riteish Deshmukh, who had turned 43 on December 17, 2021. The doting wife had shared an IG Reel in which she could be seen making some cute expressions to the camera. We could also spot the birthday boy in the background, unaware of the camera recording. The actress had pointed her index finger towards her husband when the shayari had started, hinting that Riteish is her true friend. The shayari in the audio gone like this:

Earlier this year, on February 3, 2021, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh had celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary. On their memorable day, Riteish had taken to his Instagram handle and had posted a lovely picture with his baiko, Genelia. In the picture, we could see Riteish donning a gorgeous green kurta, while Genelia was seen wearing a yellow-coloured saree. The actor was seen resting his head on his wifey's shoulder. Alongside the picture, he had penned a cute anniversary wish for her, which could be read as:
"This is my resting place forever, I will live here, for this is the home I desired. Happy anniversary baiko @geneliad."
