In her recent podcast, actress, Rubina Dilaik announced that she is a mother of triplets and introduced her third daughter.
Rubina Dilaik is one of the most sought-after actresses in the telly world. The actress, who began her motherhood journey in November 2023, has been sharing snippets and anecdotes from her mommy life. Rubina, who runs her podcast, Kisi Ne Bataya Nahi, on YouTube, recently made a shocking claim on her channel.
The actress revealed that she is not a mother of twins, rather she has triplets. Yes! You read that right, Rubina in her podcast shared that she is the mother of three daughters. Rubina’s third daughter is none other than her sister, Rohini Dilaik's daughter, Veda. In the show, the Dilaik sisters talked about various aspects of motherhood and their experiences. At the end of the podcast, Rubina was seen playing with her third daughter, Veda.
Rubina Dilaik and her husband, Abhinav Shukla, welcomed twin daughters, Jeeva and Edhaa, on November 27, 2023. After the birth of her twins, Rubina has prioritised her little ones' well-being above everything else. In her podcast, where she invites celebrity moms, Rubina once discussed about going through a complete breakdown after her delivery. Talking about the same, Rubina revealed that one night, after having a major breakdown, she lashed out at her child mid-feed. After this episode, she realised that this was not normal and soon started counselling.
Moving further in the conversation, the actress revealed how her husband, Abhinav Shukla, helped her get out of the situation. Elaborating on the same, she stated:
“Then one day, Abhinav told me lets do this one thing. He proposed taking one baby with him and leaving the other with my mother, allowing me to sleep alone in a separate room. Despite discussing this for a week or more, I couldn't bring myself to do it, even though just a few hours of good sleep could make a difference. On the 10th day, he forced me, and I finally slept in a different room. However, I kept waking up to check the baby monitor, ensuring everything was okay. I'd go outside the room to hear if all was well, if the babies have burped, if the diapers have been changed. I could just not settle.”
In a previous episode of her podcast, Rubina Dilaik revealed another anecdote from her motherhood journey. In an interaction with actress Sugandha Mishra, Rubina stated that she has become quite forgetful after becoming a mother to twin daughters. She explained how she forgets her train of thoughts. Adding on, Rubina narrated another bizarre moment where she forgot which of her twin daughters she fed milk to.
