Bigg Boss OTT 3 is counting the days until its grand finale, which will reportedly be held on August 2, 2024. Ahead of that, Anil Kapoor engaged in fun banter with Sai Ketan Rao and teased him about his alleged relationship with Shivangi Khedkar. However, Sai finally broke his silence, confirmed his relationship with Shivangi, and even hinted at their wedding plans.
On July 26, 2024, Anil Kapoor hosted a fun-filled episode of Bigg Boss OTT 3's Weekend Ka Vaar. Therein, he was seen getting engaged in light-hearted banter with Sai, and he even teased the latter about the ring chains he and Shivangi wear across their necks. Anil Kapoor then directly asked Sai about his and Shivangi's equation, and the actor blushed as he finally confirmed his relationship with Shivangi.

After his confirmation, all the housemates started teasing Sai about Shivangi, and the actor turned bright red. Later, when Anil Kapoor asked Sai if the ring around his neck would soon be on someone's finger, the former wholeheartedly agreed and said there is a huge possibility that it will soon happen.
Sai Ketan Rao and Shivangi Khedkar's romance first sparked on the sets of their television serial, Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali. They soon became close friends, and fans started shipping them, but they never accepted or denied their relationship until recently. The duo always tagged each other as best friends, but Sai's revelations for sure changed the game.
