Saif Ali Khan's attacker reportedly first wanted to attacked Shah Rukh Khan's home, Mannat but failed due to high security there.
Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan went through a chilling night as an intruder barged into their home. When he got caught by the nanny of Jeh, he asked for a ransom of Rs. 1 crore, and on denying the same, he fought with Saif Ali Khan, and he reportedly stabbed the actor six times, out of which two were severe cuts. Now, yet another shocking revelation surfaced in the police report, which revealed that the attacker first wanted to aim for Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat.
As per recent police reports, the intruder first tried to enter Shah Rukh Khan's home, Mannat, but failed. We all know that Mannat has tight security; hence, the intruder could not enter the house due to the high railing. As per CCTV footage extracted from Mannat, the intruder with an 8-feet long ladder tried to topple Mannat's boundaries.
This development came under scrutiny when the intruder was spotted at Bandra Railway station. On January 14, 2024, he was at Mannat trying to jump the fence. This surely raises security concerns for celebrities and their kids.
Saif Ali Khan is truly a hero both on and off the screen. In an interrogation session with the officials, Jeh's nanny, Eliyamma, revealed that she was the first to spot the intruder late at night. As she was asleep with Jeh in his room, she saw a short man emerge from the attached bathroom. When she ran toward the kid, the intruder threatened her and demanded Rs. 1 crore ransom. She added that the man was carrying a weapon and started to attack her. Hearing the commotion, Saif Ali Khan entered the room, and the intruder attacked him, too. In her words:
“When I tried to see who was there, I saw a person coming out of the bathroom and moving towards Jeh Baba’s (Jehangir’s) bed. I quickly got up and went to Jeh's room. The attacker then put his finger near his mouth and said 'Don't make any noise, nobody will go out' in Hindi. When I rushed to pick up Jeh, the man - who was armed with a wooden stick and a long Hexa blade - ran towards me and tried attacking me. At that time, I asked him, 'What do you want?'. Then he said, 'I want money.' I asked, 'How much do you want?' Then he said in English, 'One crore'."
As the brawl intensified, other staff members entered the room, and the berserk intruder attacked everyone present there. He was carrying lethal weapons like Hexa blade with which he attacked Saif and Taimur's nanny, Geeta. Eliyamma further added:
“When Saif sir came, the accused attacked him with the hexa blade and then also attacked Geeta (Taimur’s nanny), who had also come and tried to intervene.”
