Saif Ali Khan reportedly got discharged days after being brutally stabbed. The actor reportedly will record his statement soon. Buzz was also rife that he might shift to his old home in Bandra.
Saif Ali Khan is a famous actor in Bollywood, who has been going through a tough time. The actor was brutally attacked in the wee hours of January 16, 2025. For the unversed, an intruder moved inside Saif and Kareena's Bandra apartment and asked for Rs. 1 crore ransom. While saving his kids and women in the house, Saif got injured, so much so that he had to go through major surgeries. Well, the actor was out of danger after the operation, and now he's discharged.
For the unversed, Saif Ali Khan was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai. As per a report by The Hindu, he was discharged after five days on January 21, 2025. In several clips that went viral, Kareena was also seen exiting the hospital. Among others, Sara Ali Khan also arrived at the hospital to meet her father ahead of he was discharged.
On the other hand, other reports also suggested that the actor, along with his family might move to their old residence in Bandra, which is safer and has features and enhanced security, which the current one doesn't have. Well, there's no confirmation about the news as of now. In the new visuals that went viral, new CCTV cameras were seen being installed in the actor's Bandra home. Reportedly, the actor was discharged, and he will record his statement now. As per a report by ABP Live, doctors have stated that Saif has been recovering well, and he's able to walk and communicate properly, but he will need to take rest still to recover fully.
The actor reportedly was prohibited by the doctors from lifting heavy weights, going to the gym, or resuming film shoots. For the unversed, Saif sustained six wounds, and two of them were serious. The actor had fought without any weapon, and the intruder's knife broke off during the fight and was lodged into the actor's spine, causing the leakage of the spinal fluid. Well, the doctors had to run an emergency operation on Saif Ali Khan, and he was out of danger after the same.
On January 19, 2025, Saif Ali Khan's attacker was caught by the cops, who are now probing every angle in this case. Police have been investigating if the attacker wanted to keep Jeh hostage and demand Rs. 1 crore ransom. Earlier, Jeh's nanny revealed that the attacker was first encountered by her and she saw him walking near the little one's home. Jeh's nanny shared that the attacker asked for Rs. 1 crore ransom only then, and she somehow slipped past him with Jeh. Later, she screamed, and it alerted Saif and Kareena. Soon after, the attacker started fighting with Saif, and he stabbed the actor six times.
