As Saif Ali Khan made his first appearance after tricep surgery, he and Kareena Kapoor were spotted by the paps. However, the actress looked uninterested in posing for the paps.
Saif Ali Khan has been hitting the headlines as he underwent tricep surgery. For the unversed, the actor got an injury while performing an action sequence for one of his movies, that got triggered once again. However, he is now doing well and is all set to make a speedy recovery. Reportedly, Saif’s wife, Kareena, was also at the hospital while he was being operated on.
On January 23, 2024, Saif Ali Khan was spotted by the paps as he made his first public appearance after his surgery. The actor, who was hospitalised for a tricep injury, underwent treatment at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. In the glimpses doing rounds on the internet, Saif looked fit and was wearing a cast on his elbow. His wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, also accompanied him, looking gorgeous in her casual attire. However, the diva refrained from posing for the paps.

Saif Ali Khan earlier opened up about his injury and thanked his fans for their well wishes and concerns. He said in a statement that the injury happened due to the wear and tear of what he does and thanked the doctors for their amazing help. Saif was quoted as saying:
“This injury and the surgery that followed are part of the wear and tear of what we do. I am very happy to be in such amazing surgical hands, and I thank all well-wishers for their love and concern.”
When Saif Ali Khan graced the chat show, Koffee With Karan 8 with his mom, Sharmila Tagore, he got a sweet video message from his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan. On being asked what Saif actually means to her, Kareena said that her husband is her whole universe and her life, and her eyes well up every single time she talks about him. Talking about the same, Kareena added:
"He is my entire being. He’s my entire universe. My whole life revolves around my Saif. My eyes well up every time I talk about him. He's my life."

Once, in an interview with The Times Of India, Saif Ali Khan revealed the secret formula behind his successful marriage with Kareena Kapoor Khan. He shared that they know how to balance work and personal life and always make sure to give each other some space. Talking about the same, he revealed that being actors, they both have tight schedules and whenever they get some time off, they prefer to celebrate it together. Saif also mentioned that he and Kareena give equal importance to doing films and making pizzas at home.
