She happily becomes her bridesmaid all through her wedding journey. And cricketer, Mahendra Singh Dhoni's wife, Sakshi Dhoni turned bridesmaid for her BFF's wedding. Before we take you further into the story, let us take a look back at Sakshi Singh Rawat's journey of becoming 'Mrs Dhoni'. Dhoni and Sakshi are one of the cutest couples in the cricketing world. When they were young they were family friends, and their fathers worked in the same company. However, they had lost track when Sakshi's family had moved away. Later, the duo had met each other in the year 2007 in Kolkata, where Sakshi was working as an intern at Taj Bengal. And that's when our captain cool had fallen in love with Sakshi's charm.
Now, Sakshi's best friend is going to tie the knot, and the gorgeousness is making sure to be the best bridesmaid. From giving her limelight to sharing hilarious throwback picture, Sakshi is acing her bridesmaid duty and made sure to capture all the precious moments of her BFF's wedding. However, it was Sakshi's outfit which took our attention. For one of the pre-wedding fashion, Sakshi donned a pistachio-green lehenga set, which included a ruffled off-shoulder crop top with a long skirt. When Dhoni had announced his retirement, his wife, Sakshi had penned a lovely note for him. She had written, "You should be proud of what you have achieved. A couple of days ago, Sakshi had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted two throwback pictures with her darling hubby, Dhoni. One of the pictures was of the year 2008 when the duo had started dating. The second picture was from the following years, and we could see Sakshi hugging Dhoni tightly.
