Amid rumours of Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal's wedding, we stumbled upon old posts shared by Arpita Khan. In one of them, Arpita also called Sonakshi 'bhabhi' but later deleted the post.
Sonakshi Sinha is currently hitting the headlines for her wedding rumours with her longtime boyfriend, Zaheer Iqbal. If reports are to be believed, the duo will get hitched to one another on June 23, 2024. A few hours ago, we also learned that the party would be held at a famous eatery in Mumbai named Bastian, and invitation cards have already been sent to the couple's close friends and family. Amidst this, we stumbled upon some close photos of the couple from a long time back, which had simply confirmed the rumours about their relationship.
For the unversed, Zaheer Iqbal is the son of a close friend of Salman Khan, and due to the same, the entire Khan family is quite close to him. Thus, in 2023, during Salman's sister, Arpita Khan's intimate birthday bash, she shared a couple of photos on her IG stories, featuring Zaheer along with Sonakshi and others. Reportedly, in one of them, Arpita referred to Sonakshi as "bhabhi".

Well, soon after this, the entire internet got curious and Arpita took that down that post from her IG stories. Later, when Arpita shared photos from Huma Qureshi’s Eid party, we spotted Zaheer's arm around Sonakshi's shoulder, sparking speculations about their relationship.
On May 9, 2022, Sonakshi took to her Instagram handle and shared photos featuring herself posing alongside a mystery man. In the viral photo, Sonakshi was also seen flaunting a huge diamond ring while posing for the lens. Along with the picture, she penned, "BIG day for me!!! One of my biggest dreams is coming truuuue… and i cant wait to share it with YOUUUU. Cant believe it was SO EZI!!!!" Soon, social media was abuzz with reports about Sonakshi's engagement with Zaheer. Soon, she clarified that it was just a promotional tactic for her nail brand.
As per multiple reports, Sonakshi and Zaheer's wedding festivities will begin on June 22, 2024. The wedding will take place in the morning of June 23, 2024, followed by a reception party in the evening. As per a report in News18, besides the Sinhas and the Ratansis, many eminent names in the industry, including Aayush Sharma, Huma Qureshi, Varun Sharma, Sonakshi's Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar's co-stars and some crew members are also being invited for the same. The couple also asked the guests not to wear red, giving a probable hint that the actress would don a regal lehenga at her wedding.

Earlier, a Reddit user shared a piece of interview regarding Sonakshi's past affairs. It was a written piece based on her appearance on a talk show, wherein Sonakshi said, "I have dated a celebrity, and the world doesn't know." However, she didn't reveal details or names of her past romantic interests. This statement raised many eyebrows, and netizens started mentioning if it was Arjun Kapoor, as the duo seemed quite close in their previous public appearances. A few others also talked about Shahid Kapoor, as Karan Johar once said that he was in KWK with all his girlfriends, and in season 4, the actor sat on the Koffee couch with Sonakshi.
