Samantha Ruth Prabhu shared her excitement on being back on a film set after a break. The actress took a small hiatus from work due to health concerns.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is undoubtedly one of the most loved actresses in the South entertainment industry. Ever since she was diagnosed with the autoimmune condition called Myositis, she has been giving her body the break it needs. Although Samantha still is active in the industry, she has limited her projects and is focusing on her mental and physical well-being. Now, after a short break, the actress is again back on the film sets.
On September 20, 2024, Samantha took to her Instagram handle and shared a snap from her vanity. In the photo, we can see her diary, pencil and coffee as she restarts her shooting phase. Samantha captioned the post as:
"Never stop dreaming. Glad to be back on a film set after a while."
In 2022, Samantha Ruth Prabhu bravely shared her diagnosis of myositis, an auto-immune condition that took a toll on her mental and physical health. On September 15, 2024, Samantha took to her Instagram handle to share a series of pictures and shared that her skin had become red, dry and puffy due to the medications.
In the post, Samantha mentioned that her skin has been better lately and that she doesn't have to cover it with makeup like she used to. The actress recalled how people often commented on her skin, saying that she looked tired which affected her. Samantha added that she had taken the non-invasive route to restore my skin's health. The Family Man actress shared that she has been doing pico laser, red light therapy, and facials focusing on lymphatic drainage, which has helped her deal with skin issues. Samantha penned:
"When I fell sick and had to go on strong medications, my skin was the first to suffer. Pigmentation, dryness, puffiness and other issues appeared out of nowhere, and nothing I used before worked anymore."
A report by Bollywood Life claimed that an anonymous Reddit post revealed that the Samantha has found a new love in the arms of her upcoming film's director, Raj Nidimoru. Raj and Samantha's dating rumours caught momentum as they have collaborated on two web shows. The report further revealed that Raj, who is already married, is thinking of leaving his first wife to be with Samantha. However, Samantha has not made any official statement regarding her relationship with Raj, and the truth of these rumours remains uncertain.
