Samantha Ruth Prabhu's personal life has been a topic of discussion since the time her ex-husband, Naga Chaitanya got married for the second time with his lady love, Sobhita Dhulipala. Samantha was once madly in love with Chaitanya, whom she married back in 2017, and in 2021, just four days before their fourth wedding anniversary, they announced their separation. It was reported that when Samantha announced her divorce just a few days ago, she was planning to have kids with Naga Chaitanya. While the actor never talked about his divorce much, Samantha clearly mentioned that it was bitter.
As Naga Chaitanya got married to Sobhita Dhulipala, the 'ChaySam' fans were left super upset. Amid the newlywed's photos making everyone go gaga, several old photos of Chaitanya with Samantha had been making rounds. We recently came across one such post. Taking to the discussion platform, Reddit, a netizen shared a cute and old post of Samantha, which featured Naga Chaitanya. The netizen claimed that Samatha's IG had this photo a few months ago. Well, it's worth mentioning that Samantha's IG doesn't have these photos now.
One post was from June 2017, which featured the ex-couple, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya, in a warm embrace. In the caption, Sam had bared her heart out wherein she stated how she didn't want to leave home. She penned that she should be given three reasons why she wouldn't have to go to work for a long schedule. Moreover, she used three hashtags, and one among them was 'separation anxiety'. Another screengrab was from December 2016, wherein Chaitanya was seen decorating the Christmas tree. Well, netizens were hurt by these old posts of Samantha Ruth Prabhu, which were enough to prove how much love her heart held for her ex-husband.
As soon as the screengrabs made rounds on social media, netizens rushed to the comment section to express their hurt over their old posts of Sam with Chaitanya. Netizens were quick to notice Samantha using the 'separation anxiety' hashtag and stated that the divorce was so hard for the actress. One user penned, "That separation anxiety hashtag." Another user wrote, "Their break up must be so tough on her! Can’t imagine her pain." A third user commented, "The first picture is so heart warming and hurting at the same time."
Soon after the ex-couple, Samantha and Chaitanya announced their separation, it was producer, Neelima Guna who revealed to The News Minute that Samantha had one condition before signing the film, Shaakuntalam. The actress wanted the shoot to be wrapped up by July/August of 2021 as she wanted to start a family and have kids.
