Moreover, it was Sobhita, who opted for all things traditional and served fashion goals out there for the soon-to-be brides. Similarly, her wedding saree also had a deep connection with culture and also from the core of the Akkineni family legacy. For her wedding with Naga Chaitanya, Samantha Ruth Prabhu donned a vintage saree, which actually belonged to the actor's grandmother, thereby making it a family heirloom.
The saree featured beautiful crafts, delicate detailing, and intricate weaving, which showcased its timeless beauty with the amalgamation of family traditions as it was passed down from generation to generation. Samantha wore this saree with a maroon blouse from Sabyasachi Mukherjee and looked like a goddess. She shelled out the happy bride vibes in this family heirloom, which she wore with temple jewels. Talking about Sobhita Dhulipala, she reportedly didn't take any help from any stylist and went to local shops to select the materials for her wedding outfit. For the day, the actress donned an antique gold Kanjeevaram silk saree with real gold zari, which had intricate motifs and structure. Sobhita opted for maximal temple jewels and decked herself up in glam makeup in addition to a braided hairdo.
Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya's wedding took place in the Annapurna Studios, a place that had a family legacy as it was established by Akkineni Nageswara Rao. Not only that, Chaitanya, along with his kurta-pyjama, wore a white-toned madhuparkham, with a red temple border, and it's known as Pancha. Reportedly, this piece belonged to his grandfather, Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
For her engagement with Naga Chaitanya, Sobhita wore a blush pink-toned upadda silk saree from Manish Malhotra. It was made in a hue that was the amalgamation of tradtional flowers like lotus and Kanakaambaram, and also had designs by Telugu artist, Bapu.
Talking about Samantha, for her engagement with Naga Chaitanya, she wore an ivory-hued saree from the shelves of ace designer, Kresha Bajaj's Studio Koesch. Moreover, the highlight of the saree was that the borders of it featured the actress and Chaitanya's real-life love story.
