Hans Varde and Nyra Varde are names which don't need introduction now, as they're new favourites of the internet. Courtesy to their doting mommy, Sameera Reddy, who keeps sharing their adorable videos on her social media handles. Sameera had gotten married to an entrepreneur, Akshay Varde and had embraced motherhood for the first time on May 14, 2015, when she had welcomed her baby boy, Hans Varde. Then, on July 12, 2019, Sameera had become a mother for the second time as she had welcomed a little doll, Nyra in her life. Since then, her life has never been the same! Sameera Reddy is one doting mommy who adores her tiny tots and keeps flaunting their adorable, cute charades on her social media handles. Sameera's Instagram handle is practically hijacked by her little goofballs' cutesy pictures and videos and it's the cutest thing to see. Bollywood actress, Sameera Reddy took to her Instagram handle to share a very cute video of her, with her kids, Hans and Nyra, wherein they can be seen working to build a lego house together. The little doll, Nyra looked cute as a button helping mommy and big brother, Hans, build the house. Although the little goofball of mischief ends up breaking the lego house all over and seizing the camera. The video is too cute to be missed, as it will bring a smile on your face, for sure. Sameera had dealt with postpartum depression in the past, after the birth of her son, Hans and had fought a long battle with depression. Although the strong woman that she is, she had emerged victorious and ever since then, has made it a mission to encourage other young mothers dealing with the same problem, with her inspirational story. In a conversation with 100 Hours 100 Stars, an initiative of Fever Digital, Sameera had shared how she had isolated herself for about one and a half years, after her son's birth. She had said, "For me, my darkest period was post giving birth the first time -- call it a post-partum blues or depression. And at that time I went through a really dark space and quarantined myself in my house for almost one-and-a-half years." Sameera had further said, "Back then, I didn’t even realise I was suffering postpartum. When I complained that I was emotional, moody and feeling very disconnected, I was told, that they were the pregnancy blues. I went with that and kept thinking something is wrong with me. But later, when I consulted a doctor and opened up about my negative thoughts and how I was often feeling extremely low, that was when I was told that I had postpartum depression. As I waited too long to open up and get a diagnosis, it took me almost a year to get out of it." She had then expressed that with time she had learnt to deal with it, and was prepared by the time she was expecting Nyra.
