Bollywood actress, Sameera Reddy has turned a year older today and internet is buzzing with her dialogues, photo collages, and movie clips. The actress had made her debut in the film industry with the movie, Maine Dil Tujhko Diya back in 2002, after which there's been no looking back for the gorgeous lady. It was her role in the film, Musafir that had garnered her fame and popularity in the hearts of audience and critics. In terms of her personal life, Sameera Reddy had gotten married to her long-term beau and entrepreneur, Akshai Varde on January 21, 2014. The lovely couple had embraced parenthood for the first time on May 24, 2015, when they had welcomed their baby boy, Hans Varde. After four years, on July 12, 2019, Sameera and Akshai had welcomed a little princess in their family and had named her, Nyra. Since then, she's inspiring people with her thoughts and perspectives on different things.

On December 14, 2020, Bollywood actress, Sameera Reddy took to her Instagram handle and shared a super-adorable monochrome picture with her kids, Hans Varde and Nyra Varde. In the picture, the doting mommy looked gorgeous in her black outfit, as she held her two munchkins, Hans and Nyra in her arms, who looked cute in their respective attires. Along with this lovely photo, Sameera penned an important note for all her family members, loved ones and fans. Her note can be read as "Birthdays get sweeter every year! The actress had talked about the expectations and pressure that a lot of young parents are facing after entering into the parenthood. Reflecting on the same, Sameera had talked about the challenges that are coming with the parenting of 2020 generation and had said, "Parenting is not an easy journey with the 2020 generation. It'sIt's the only role you play with no script in place. Right from getting your child to sleep through the night, to equal parenting, to raising a picky eater, body shaming, to rediscovering yourself after motherhood is all exhausting and few speak about it." 

Going further in the same podcast, the actress had also added that digital platforms had helped immensely in tackling this topic, which was neglected since a very long time in our country. Sameera had explained, "I think just knowing that there are so many parents who face this day in day out, really helps. Being aware, and knowing you are not alone helping. Digital platforms are spreading awareness on these topics is growing and this seems like a great idea for parents to just unwind, learn and connect with so many parents across the country."
