Amid divorce rumours, Sania Mirza attended an event where she was asked about managing her career and her 4-year-old son, Izhaan.
Indian tennis star, Sania Mirza and Pakistani cricketer, Shoaib Malik have been leading the headlines for rumours about their turbulent marriage. Every now and then, we get new updates about their alleged divorce, suggesting that all is not well between the couple. Though rumour mills added fuel to the ongoing speculations, neither Sania nor Shoaib addressed these rumours or released a statement to clarify their stance.
Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik are parents to their four-year-old son, Izhaan Mirza Malik, who's currently living with his mommy. Sania is busy fulfilling her professional commitments and recently graced an event in Delhi. A video from the same is widely being circulated on the internet, wherein Sania can be seen decked up in a lilac-coloured pantsuit and interacting with the media. However, when Sania was asked how she manages her baby while juggling between career and life, she gave a befitting response.

In the video, Sania Mirza reacted to the media’s question about managing her kid, Izhaan, as well as her career, and shared that she does it exactly how her husband, Shoaib Malik manages it. She further mentioned that she will give an answer if the media will ask the same question to Shoaib as well. She was heard saying:
“Jaise wo (Shoaib Malik) manage karte hain, waise main manage karti hu. Aap agar Shoaib Malik ko wo sawaal puchenge, to main bhi aapka jawaab de dungi.”

Earlier, in an interview with Geo News Programme, Score, Shoaib Malik was asked about the ongoing rumours about his and Sania Mirza's troubled marriage. Responding to the same, Shoaib said that he wanted to spend time with Sania on Eid, but they could not do that because of their respective professional commitments. Shoaib added that he misses Sania a lot and had recently jetted off to Dubai to spend some time with their son, Izhaan. In his words:
"Nothing on it. On Eid I would like to say that had we been together it would have been great. But she has got commitments in IPL. She is doing shows in IPL. That's why we are not together. We share love like always. I miss her a lot, that I can say. When Sania and Izhan went to perform Umrah I had commitments here, and when I took a break and went to Dubai to spend time with Izhaan."

While the real reason for Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik’s split is unknown, many gossip columns suggested that Shoaib Malik had reportedly cheated on his wife, Sania Mirza with famous Pakistani model and actress, Ayesha Omar. Sometime back, many close pictures of Ayesha and Shoaib made their way to the internet, shocking the netizens. However, later Ayesha clarified that there was nothing between them.
