Sanjay Dutt Jets Off To Dubai To Meet His Wife, Maanayata Dutt And Kids After Recovering From Cancer

'Cancer' is the most dreaded six-letter word that everyone fears. After all, it has destroyed many families and taken many lives. The mere mention of the word 'cancer' gives us jitters and we all secretly pray for the well being of our close ones. Only those can understand the pain, who had lost a life due to cancer. Later, it was revealed that Sanjay Dutt was diagnosed with lung cancer and he had been taking chemotherapy sessions for the same in Mumbai. And Sanjay had also shared a cryptic note stating that he was taking a sabbatical from work due to health reasons. However, he didn't disclosed that he was diagnosed with cancer. After a tough fight, Sanjay had shared with his fans that he is cancer-free.

Now, after defeating cancer, Sanjay Dutt is all set to reunite with his family in Dubai. On October 30, 2020, Bollywood singer, Sonu Nigam took to his Instagram handle and shared pictures with Sanjay Dutt from the plane. Alongside it, he wrote, "Off to Dubai once again. A hale and brave Sanjay Dutt bhai and my little ones for company. Goggles and Shifu, our little puppies' now are Dubai based. So is Munna Muznabeen, my driver for the longest time. And Sanju bhai too joins us in this trip. A bliss to see him shinning. Also my brother Haresh Vaswani's mother in law Soney Hemnani. Some glimpses of the journey, I know I haven't been regular."

On the occasion of Dussehra, Sanjay Dutt's wife, Maanayata Dutt had penned a lovely note for him. She had shared a video of her hubby performing a puja wearing white ethnic ensemble. Alongside it, Maanayata had written, "Dedicating this Dusshera to someone who has been such an inspiration not only to me but to so many others. Life has thrown many difficulties at him, but he has always fought back with patience, grace and love. And when we thought we finally had peace, life threw yet another challenge. Today he has once again proven that a positive mind can win and conquer the worst situation with resilience and courage! There is truly no one like you Sanju, you taught me when the going gets tough, only the tough get going. You are my strength, my pride, My Ram! #VijayaDashami bhava!! Sanjay Dutt had shared the happy news of defeating cancer on his kids, Shahraan and Iqra's 10th birthday. The actor had released an official statement and had shared that he had defeated cancer. His statement could be read as "The last few weeks were very difficult time for my family and me. But like they say, God gives the hardest battles to his strongest soldiers. And today, on the occasion of my kids’ birthday, I am happy to come out victorious from this battle and be able to give them the best gift I can- the health and well being of our family. This wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering faith and support from all of you. I am eternally grateful to my family, friends and all the fans who have stood by me and been my source of strength through this trying time. Thank you for the love, kindness and the countless blessings that you have sent my way."

Sanjay had expressed gratitude towards the hospital staff of Kokilaben and had shared, "This wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering faith and support from all of you.
