Sanoj Mishra was reportedly arrested due to rape charges. Now, the complainant revealed being instigated by the director's enemies and being jealous of Monalisa, which made her file false cases.
Monalisa Bhosle, also known as Viral Monalisa from Maha Kumbh Mela grabbed all the attention with her dusky beauty and sharp facial features. Within hours, she went viral while selling rudraksha mala at Prayagraj's Kumbh Mela. Well, her fame brought her harassment as well. Monalisa even bagged a Bollywood offer from director, Sanoj Mishra, and reports claimed that she's getting acting lessons for her upcoming film, The Diary Of Manipur.
Amid this, Sanoj Mishra reportedly got arrested due to rape and blackmail charges. A young girl, who reportedly filed the cases now came forward and revealed that she took the step, being influenced by people and being jealous of Monalisa. Talking to the media, the complainant said that she had been in a live-in relationship with director, Sanoj Mishra for 5 years, and everything that happened between them was with both of their consent. The complainant stated that Sanoj never raped her or abused her.
Talking more about the same, the complainant claimed that when two people are in a relationship, then fights are bound to happen. As per her, when Sanoj was busy with his shoot for his next film with Monalisa, then, the director's enemies instigated her. Being under provocation from people about Sanoj's bond with Monalisa, she got jealous of the viral Maha Kumbh girl. She also said the people convinced her to file an FIR against Sanoj. Stating more about the same, the complainant said:
"I was in a live-in relationship with Sanoj Mishra for 5 years, and everything happened between us with my consent. I never said that he abused me or raped me. When two people live together, fights are bound to happen. And recently, when Mishra was in Manipur for the recce of his next film, some people instigated me against him and his equation with Monalisa, and they convinced me to file an FIR. I filed the complaint because some people provoked me and I got jealous of Monalisa. Ab ye samajh lijiye ki Sanoj ji ki kismat kharab hai ya meri."
During the same conversation, the complainant said that she had filed a written complaint against Sanoj Mishra, but she never mentioned anything about rape allegations. She also denied filing complaints against Mishra about him abusing her, circulating her obscene videos, or drugging her. She added that when she wrote the charges, it was the advocate, who added these pointers to to make the claims stronger. Sanoj Mishra's complainant further claimed that she told her advocate that the director didn't rape her but he coaxed her into submitting the complaint. Sharing more about it, the complainant stated:
"I then submitted a written complaint against Mishra, but I never mentioned rape allegations in it. I also never said that Mishra drugged and assaulted me or threatened to leak my obscene videos. When I wrote the complaint, my advocate made changes and added these pointers in it and submitted it to the cops, stating that these pointers would make my case strong."
For the unversed, it was stated that Mishra blackmailed a young girl into meeting him, and then took her to a resort to assault her by intoxicating her. It was also stated that Mishra recorded some obscene videos of that girl and continued to harass her with the same. Reports claimed that Mishra was arrested due to serious allegations. Later, a video of Monalisa made rounds on social media, wherein she was seen breaking down in tears, which left people wondering if it was due to Sanoj Mishra's arrest.
