In a recent media interaction, Sara Ali Khan opened up about the qualities that she inherited from her parents, Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh.
Bollywood actress, Sara Ali Khan is the daughter of actor, Saif Ali Khan and his ex-wife, Amrita Singh. She recently left everyone's jaws dropped with her glamourous looks at her Cannes debut. As the actress attended the 76th Cannes Film Festival, she opened up about her experience at the event and also revealed some interesting details about her personal life.
In an interview with Film Companion, Sara Ali Khan talked about her parents, Saif and Amrita and revealed the qualities she took from them. She shared that while her father loves to live his life in a planned way and is an avid traveller, her mother likes to be on her own. Revealing Saif has the need to explore and see the whole world, Sara said:
“My father is a thinker, he is a bit of a planner, he is a traveller and I have inherited that from him. Mum is happy to be on her own and not explore much. My father has the need to explore, travel, eat different kinds of food, and see the whole world."

Sara Ali Khan further shared that her mother, Amrita Singh, is an emotionally strong woman who always encouraged her to create her own path instead of depending upon her star parents. Calling her mom 'the epitome of strings’, Sara added that she never pretended to be someone she is not and said:
"She is emotionally very strong. She sleeps with a lot of peace. I don’t think I have her peace as yet. But, both of us are emotional beings at the core. She has never pretended to be somebody that she is not. She says, ‘Everyone has their own journey, and you should chalk out your own and this is not for me'."
Being a star kid, Sara Ali Khan admitted that she has got certain privileges, but she added that every relationship that she has built in the film industry was without her parent’s support. Talking about the same, she said:
“Every relationship I have established in the film fraternity has been a very independent equation, which is very nice because I have never felt the pressure to follow through with my father’s friends or my mother’s friends."

It was on May 17, 2023, when Sara Ali Khan made her debut on the prestigious Cannes Film Festival 2023 red carpet. She turned muse for Indian designer duo, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, and wore an exquisite hand-embroidered multi-panelled lehenga with intricate embroidery work all over it. Her blouse featured a plunging neckline, scalloped hem, and gorgeous embellishments in crystals and pearls along with resham embroidery. To add stars to her look, she made a final touch with a stunning long-trail veil.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sara Ali Khan will be next seen in the film, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke with Vicky Kaushal.
