Within a jiffy, it all happened and one of the most loved and famous Bollywood divas became missus. Though there were already many speculations and conjectures doing the rounds since a lot of time, it all happened within a blink of an eye. Yes, the mention is of none other than Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and her businessman hubby, Anand Ahuja. The lovebirds became one officially on May 8, 2018, in the presence of their families and friends. Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Anand Ahuja had a proper Sikh wedding with all the rites and rituals followed in an Anand Karaj. The lawas (pheras) were then followed by a lovely varmala ceremony. Anand also put mangalsutra around Sonam’s neck and sindoor in her maang. The star-studded wedding was then followed by a reception in the evening at The Leela, Mumbai. Who’s who from the Bollywood industry were present at the event. The guests were inclusive of Karan Johar with his mom, Hiroo Johar, Arjun Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Juhi Chawla, Kangana Ranaut, Rajkumar Hirani, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Javed Akhtar, Shah Rukh Khan with wife Gauri Khan and the list goes on and on.
Everyone hit the dance floor and shook their legs like crazy. Amongst all the starts was 'King Khan' who nailed and burnt the dance floor, soaring the temperature of the venue high. Shah Rukh Khan danced with Anil Kapoor on the blockbuster song Ek Do Teen. And then to join them was the powerhouse and superbly energetic Ranveer Singh. By the time, this trio Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan were all dipped in sweat as they danced so much. In one of the videos, we could see famous singer Mika Singh singing Shah Rukh’s Koi Mil Gaya from his movie, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Here are the videos, check them out:
They had a hell of a time at Sonam and Anand’s reception, no? Anil Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh showed their moves and entertained everyone so much. Then there was a group performance by Sonam’s friends and they danced their hearts out on the song, Swag Se Swagat from the film, Tiger Zinda Hai. The group performance further continued on the song Gal Mitthi Mitthi from Sonam’s film, Aisha. Check out the video here:
