Bollywood's King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, had once stated in an interview that he wanted his son, Aryan Khan, to become a 'spoilt brat'. Details inside!
Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan, who is leading all the headlines with his every move and is leaving people speechless with his uncanny resemblance to his dad, is undoubtedly a big star already. It seems like the time isn't far when Aryan Khan will either lead his father's legacy or rewrite it with his own triumphs and glories in Indian cinema, as everyone is eagerly waiting for his Bollywood debut.
However, not many people are aware of the fact that once the King of wittiness and humour, Shah Rukh Khan had made an extremely controversial statement about his own son, Aryan Khan. As he had stated in an interview that he wanted his son, Aaryan Khan, to become a 'spoilt brat'.
Back in 1997, King Khan, along with his wife, appeared on the popular chat show Rendezvous With Simi Garewal. Shah Rukh Khan was asked in an interview about the things he would love to see his son, Aryan Khan, doing in the future once he turned into a teenager. Answering this, the doting father gave a problematic reply that had caused a stir in the media at that time. The actor had stated that he wanted his son, Aryan, to do everything his father couldn't do or enjoy during his teenage years. Shah Rukh had said,
"I've told him when he's 3 or 4 years he can run after girls, can do drugs, have sex."
However, Shah Rukh Khan hadn't stopped there as he had also added that he wanted to have complaints about his son, Aryan Khan, from his workers and staff, who have daughters. At the end of his controversial statement, Shah Rukh had admitted that his son would surely be a spoilt brat, no matter what, and it is something that he wanted to see for sure in future. He had said, "It's nice to start early, he should do everything I haven't done! If he's a good boy, he's out of the house. I want complaints from my coworkers who have daughters. He'll be a completely spoilt brat!"

When Shah Rukh Khan had featured on the Netflix original, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman and was asked if his son, Aryan Khan wanted to become an actor like his superstar dad. To which, the doting daddy had retorted, "My son doesn't want to act, and I don't think he can. But you know in India it's like okay if you are a movie star's son then you become a movie star. He looks nice and tall and okay...But I don't think he has what it takes perhaps, and he realises it himself. He is a good writer."
