King Khan Shah Rukh Khan and his wife, Gauri Khan make one of the power couples from the Tinseltown. Here's how Shah Rukh reacted on Gauri Khan's picture with AbRam, Yash and Roohi!
King Khan Shah Rukh Khan and his wife, Gauri Khan make one of the power couples from the Tinseltown. Whether you talk of their chemistry, love, honesty towards relationship and what not, Shah Rukh and Gauri have been giving “super se bhi upar” performance all this while. For the ones who don’t know, Gauri’s parents didn’t approve of her relationship with Shah Rukh, initially. Soon, breaking all the odds and with the blessings of their parents, Shah Rukh and Gauri tied the knot on October 25, 1991. Revealing the same, Gauri had once shared that her parents were not for it. She had also revealed that they were not agreeing for a man who was entering films.
Shah Rukh and Gauri indulge in social media PDA on and off. Lately, Gauri shared a lovely picture with AbRam and Karan Johar’s kids, Yash Johar and Roohi Johar. She had captioned her post as, "Spending time with the three musketeers", followed by a smiley. To this post, the doting hubby and a lovely father, Shah Rukh instantly commented, "Maa tujhe salaam!" Here’s the picture along with the screenshot of SRK’s comment:
In an interaction, Shah Rukh had once shared an incident during his struggling days when Gauri had waited for him, "I remember the first night when we actually came to Mumbai after about five-seven days. She spent that evening fully dressed, she wore chooda and Indian dress, and came to Film City and was there till 6 where Hema Ji was directing my film." He had further added, "One of the actors got late as it happens in the shoot and we wrapped by 8 instead of 6. There were no mobile phones, so I sent her a cab as I didn't own a car and said, 'Please come over and sit here because I am really sorry, this has taken a little bit.” (Checkout: Anand Ahuja Blames Sonam Kapoor For Spoiling His First Wedding Anniversary Plans-Here's Why)
After a long (like literally!) time, Shah Rukh and Gauri had danced together on pre-wedding festivities of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal in 2018. Talking about the same, he had said, “My wife trained with Shiamak Davar and his young dancers were with us that evening too. She was dancing on stage after 10-20 years, it was very sweet of her. I don’t rehearse with my heroines, but this time I practiced my steps backstage. (Laughs) With the wife you have to, especially if she is a trained dancer.”
But to everyone’s surprise, the couple was targeted and had gotten trolled for the same. Talking about the same, Shah Rukh told a media portal, “I do what I feel like doing and it's made me the person I am. I have never worked for an image. If someone does something mischievous and others are stupid enough to believe this is the asli song, God bless them." He also added, “We're in the nascent stage of social media and there are many who don't know that such things can be done. There's a need for video literacy not just in India but in the US too." He had further added, “You can feel bad about it, but you have to accept that social media is a virtual social reality. What I don't get is people trying to be socially relevant by saying you shouldn't say this or that. You have to retain your sense of humour and not take such criticism too seriously. In the end, it's each to their own. If someone gets a kick out of doing this, you have to live with it. I'm not going to reply to a message on it or clarify because I know which song I danced to. And my knowledge is more important than someone else's take." (Do Check: Sonali Bendre Recalls The Moment When She Lost Her Hair For The First Time During Cancer Treatment)
In a media interaction, King Khan had talked about his relationship with Gauri and was quoted as saying, "Gauri and my relationship has been geared entirely towards raising our children. That’s what eventually happens. Parents become parents at one point and that changes it all. We have a badass 18-year-old, a dainty 16-year-old and then there’s the 3-year-old little gangster. Our conversations, our life together is through the prism of our children. They’ve been our focal point and have literally kept our world intact."
Here's wishing all the happiness and love to Shah Rukh, Gauri, their little munchkin, AbRam and cuties, Yash and Roohi!
